Review 1：I can't think of anything that went wrong. Just the internet hot spot, but that was fixed to my satisfaction.

Review 2：Very conscientious staff. I had trouble getting the internet hot spot working; they were very patient with me until it worked properly.

Review 3：There was a hotel book in the room not in english. If you come by train it is a quite long way to the hotel. The personal in reception didn't told me about the spa. There was no bath-robe in the room. I had to go and ask it in reception. There was a dirty toilette paper in the room and an odd animal in the flower in our room. TV-channel list was uncorrect. Some small mistakes can't be in 4 stars hotel!

Review 4：The man in reception was very helpful and polite! Our room was big and there was a big balgony. Buffet-breakfast was very good! You can use the spa for free, but the personal didn't mentioned it. You can ask it, if you want to swim in warm thermal water.

Review 9：Best rooms view is parking lot. Restaurant (dinner) food is greasy and uninspired. Wine list short with too few local wines. Corridor is dark and sensors spring on only after you step into the dark

Review 13：No wifi in rooms - only one ethernet cable so only one person can goonline at a time. Air conditioning not working (and it was 40c one day!)- air coming out of units was not cooled in some bedrooms. Some of thestaff were unhelpful to the point of rudeness. Hotel coped poorly withour 81-year old forgetful mother being unable to find keys or getbreakfast from the buffet without help. We attempted to eat an eveningmeal at the hotel on the last night, and were initially told in animpolite fashion that they had a conference eating there and that it wastough luck for us. We had to negotiate to be allowed to eat what wereeffectively the leftovers from the buffet, and were charged €20 perperson which was very poor value. On one occasion when we tried to exitthe hotel, we were locked in. Reception was abandoned and a sign wasstuck to the front door. We paid the bill and asked that everything beincluded, but they messed it up and didn't include our meal, and thenrudely demanded that we pay cash. On the last day, our 81-year oldmother was adamant that the hotel wake-up call was 45 minutes late.Normally we might consider it possible that she was confused, but giventhe list of debacles above, we are less inclined to think so.

Review 14：Location lovely. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Some of the staffwere friendly (E.G. when we arrived at midnight the person at thereception was very helpful).

Review 15：The A/C could not keep up with temps (F) and humidity in the mid-70's and staff didn't seem interested. It's possible the HVAC system was undersized, or perhaps the filters were clogged. Opening a window brought in noise from sports car drivers revving their engines at night during an international rally stayover in the hotel's parking lot. Requests for assistance in printing a copy of a confirmation page for the next leg of our trip were met with mixed results due to a computer keyboard that required multiple keys for special characters like @ and $. Two women in the reception area simply walked away from the problem. One (Svenja) eventually stepped in and printed on the receptionist desk PC.
