Review 1：The reception was only open for a short time in the morning. The staff was not helpful. No hotel information was in the room besides the time of breakfast. The hotel refused to change the number of people entrusted to me as soon as it was informed that the other two would be followed by gotten sick and I did not receive guest cards, they refused to change the number of people that I needed to pay taxes. The key to the safe was missing. No paper basket in one of the bedrooms The toilet was cleaned not every day Housekeeping came at other times than was utagt. No spare toilet paper roll The breakfast was not the normal German standard fans eg neither dark bread or sausages Unfriendly staff who threatens with lawyer if I were to complain about the hotel in any media, when I complained about the service
Review 2：The master bedroom was large, but not the other bedroom, kitchen was ok
