Review 1：Wifi was in and out. Unfortunate location next to a church, who's clock chimed every 15 minutes even throughout the night!
Review 2：Beds were excellent and comfortable. Breakfast was huge and varied. Restaurant food was of good quality. Pretty good service.
Review 3：Beds are very hard, almost like sleeping on the floor. Also church bells keep you awake all night. No elevator so don't bring heavy luggage.

Review 10：I was at international conference for FINCLUB. This hotel was close to Aula Gong and it was more that we needed from, as we only slept there, and ate braekfasts. Good food, nice personel, comfort rooms.

(saw them but didn't clean our room) - disgusting shower curtain (mold and dirty) - they don't have double bed in deluxe rooms but charged me deluxe instead of standard I had to take - parking behind building seems dangerous, a lot of glass from broken windows - they not even apologised when I bit some glass or plastic fragment in spread they offered for breakfast - started to use drill at 8 in the morning for some maintenance stuff - no lift

Review 34：It was near our main goal, because we had something to do in Vítkovice, so the placement of hotel was perfect for us, alongside with cost which was quite good for the quality offered. Personal was kind and comfortable, all the room and bathroom inventory was satisfactory too.
Review 35：No double bedrooms - room type "lux" is not a big deal. Internet connection nothing really special. Restaurant - waitress charging 20 CZK for a cup or glass, when you take coffee to your room(!?)

Review 37：We chose this hotel because it is close to Dolní oblast Vítkovice which was the main reason for our visit of Ostrava. However after our experience I would choose another hotel somewhere in city center. The neighbourghood is let to say "multicultural" in a way one does not feel very safe. The desk clerk was not able to provide us with information regarding what kind of breakfast the hotel offers, nor if there is any restaurant open nearby. Conclusion, if I ever will go back to Ostrava, I will prefer other place to stay.

Review 45：Breakfast. Restaurant opens at 7:00 and at 7:15 warm buffet is gone.Selection of the rest is very limited.It is office building, where spare rooms are converted to hotel. Noise - Hotel is situated next to busy Russian street. Factories start working at 6am, so heavy traffic starts at 5pm. You dont need alarmclock here. Installing noise-proof windows would be ideal.
