Review 1：- old towels - basic breakfast - no minibar / no free water / no chance to have drinks (option to buy at the restaurant on the groundfloor until closed (11pm) ) - free transportation to and from the cableway is available, but if you don't know it, it won't be offered spontaneously to you - low value for money (i.e. expensive)

Review 5：I must say that for this price I expected a bit more. A ** room for a **** price! We had a 4 bedroom apartment which was below the roof. Every night I hit my head several times on the low ceiling. The rooms were tiny with only a very small window. Apart from soap and towels nothing else was supplied in the bathroom, no shower gel, shampoo... The prices of all the Restaurants in Bettmeralp are ridiculously high, 40 to 50 Francs for a meal for which we would have payed 20 to 30 Francs in Zermatt, which has much more to offer! Better stay in Brig or Fiesch and make a daytrip to there!
Review 6：Beautiful location, nice place but not for staying overnight. We had a great day on Aletsch glacier but not much joy in the hotel.
Review 7：The breakfast coffe is quite weak, and a "Latte Machiato" seems not available. The beds are too hard for our taste.

Review 13：* accommodation: family room was excellent for us as family of 2 adults + 1 child 13 yrs old (if necessary there is even room for 1 extra child): comfortable, modern designed family room, fully restyled, beautiful view on the alps and picturesque small church. If necessary you can store fishing rods or skis in a seperate room downstairs. The central location of the hotel in the main street is an asset in it self: close to everything. * Service: every day clean up of the room; very helpfull and friendly employees. It is possible to ask for transportation of luggage but in fact not necessary as the hotel is in the main street.
