Review 1：Wifi didn't reach to the upper floors. It should be noted that Wifi is only available in public areas. Overall a little overpriced for the actual amenities.
Review 2：The view of the beach from the hotel was nice. The breakfast buffet had many options. The room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. Secure parking out front.
Review 3：Had to catch a bus at 10, so asked for a 8am wake up call the night before. In the morning me and my partner woke up at 10.15 without a wake up call... They had apparently tried to call but it didn't work, and they didn't come to knock on the door, resulting in missed breakfast and bus.

Review 5：1. shower door opens inward, so cannot reach water to regulate it without getting wet 2. toilet water drips. 3. reading light by bed had no bulb 4. no electrical outlet near the desk to plug in anything.

Review 11：The pool ladder was dangerous and I have a knee problem which makes getting up the steps in the pool difficult. Never actually came to grips with the aircon but there was always a lovely breeze and the sound of the ocean.

Review 19：The sign with the hotel name is not illluminated and there is not sign in the street, so, arriving at night, we drove twice past looking for it and missed it; essentially found it on the third drive-by by eliminating plausible alternatives.
Review 20：We arrived at the airport at 11 pm, rented a car, and were leaving the next day for Lauca NP. So this hotel was ideally located - very simple drive from the airport, avoiding altogether the city center. Posh for our conditions, but at US$80 for a double room we got a good deal. No complaints about anything. But it is certainly not convenient if you don't have a car.
Review 21：It has seem better days. The furniture and carpet seemed ready for replacing but it was all clean and big and the bed was fine. Though I prefer better sheets that tuck under the mattress. The breakfast was basic and even by 6:30 am they were out of coffee one of the days. It did not seem like the restaurant staff was very attentive at least for breakfast.
Review 22：The staff was great about helping with a tour and the rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is right on the beach. Even though its about a 40 minute walk (some on a sidewalk next to the highway) or a $4 cab ride, it really is worth beimg a bit darther because it is on the nice part of the beach with about 5 really nice restaurants about 5-10 walk on the beach.

Review 31：very nice man at the "door bell". Very kind and helpful. Rest of staff also friendly. Especially during the days following the earthquake this was important for us travellers. Location of hotel is excellent for the beach, but the town center is a 30 minutes walk away.

Review 34：The breakfast provided was quite good with fruit and cereals. Hot buffet was also available. However, the coffee was terrible; weak , often cold and tasted old. The hotel was a long way from the town centre and required a a taxi to confortabley arrive there. There were taxis that seemed to be dedicated to the hotel.
