Review 1：The oldest room that I ever see like 1970s.when I want extra pillow from lady in reception. She looked at me like I am alien.than she said OK. I told her to bring one more.she answer a strict NO!!! Than she bring blanket instead of pillow.

Review 2：Breakfeast and View. When you see both of it its like OK. But when you walk in the room it's like nightmare.

Review 3：Room was small and basic (tiny TV), and perhaps did not match the overall grandeur of the place. But at the price I could really not count this as negative.

Review 5：The hotel uses T-mobile services for Internet. And T-mobile charges 5 euros per day. The hotel advertises that Internet works in the room. Well, it did not work at all in my room and after 1 hour of my use of the service (after paying the 5 euros) in the hotel restaurant, the service stopped and the electronic communication from T-mobile was my 24 hours was up. I did not pay another 5 euros for more time, of course, and when I explained this to the very unfriendly hotel manager upon check-out, she, and the hotel, washed their hands of the whole thing. It was not their problem. It was between me and T-mobile. When I tried to present the point that the hotel should take some responsibility for the services they recommend, and that most hotels now provide Internet for free, the manager cut me off and suggested I be on my way. It was a frustrating experience, not because I got so little for my 5 euros, but because the manager had such blinders on as she talked with me. I think she thought I was going to insist on a deduction of 5 euros from my bill, and while I certainly do think that's what the hotel should have done, the more disappointing thing for me was the complete lack of acknowledgement or understanding of the situation. The manager was not a nice person.

Review 8：Hotel has a wonderful exterior and interior, as far as public areas are concerned! Rooms are clean and nice in size, but furniture style is deep 80s! Everything well kept, but the bedding structure needs refreshment!

Review 9：No free parking! Had to pay for parking that was not even a parking lot! Just an area in a hof! No free WLAN! No heat in the bathroom! WC the size of a phone booth! Breakfast buffet closed without annoucning the final call to the guest! Too expensive for what was offered!!

Review 20：Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was great, the room spacious (with river view) and its location in Königswinter (situated on the right bank of the Rhine) is perfect - only 3 minutes walk from tram and 20 mins into Bonn.

Review 21：Quality of room did not match photographs on booking site. When inquiring with mgment, was told the rooms in photo were on another floor - (2nd.) and were for people paying extra??!! No mention of this on booking site. Television in room a tiny 1980s box that was hardly visible and with only one English channel - CNN - useless for kids Bathroom tiny, dark, no bath, sometimes not cleaned v well No spare bedding, one small pillow each. No tea/coffee in room No seating area around reception No internet, just a hotspot connection only available at reception that you have to sign up to and pay for. No use for busy working people. Need internet in rooms as nowhere to work near to reception No guest lounge Breakfast selection inconsistent, lacked variety Is really only a 2 star hotel

Review 26：Great location: next to the Rhine River. Excellent view . The lady receptionist was very helpful and always had a smiling face. Large and a comfortable room. This historical, old hotel made us to feel the way of the life of the people in the late 19th century. The old styled decoration and the view of the restaurant was impressive.

Review 28：I liked the old style worldliness of the hotel and teh town of Konigswinter. The food was excellent and could not be faulted. The staff were polite and provided a very good service. The location was superb being a matter of yards from teh River Rhine.

Review 32：This was our third stay at the Loreley. On each occasion we find the staff very friendly, the accomodations exceptionally clean and well cared for and the location perfect...right on the Rhein. The restaurant is also excellent. We'll come back for a 4th trip I am sure.
