Review 1：the building was pretty old thats why we had a specific smell in our room. the bathroom was not clean enough. breakfast includes only 2 salads: one of them was without oil, second one was made with a huge amount of majonez. every day breakfast was the same. hotel is situated a bit far from the city center.

Bar staff haven't problems with other language speaking which is very helpful. Also rooms are specious with amazing view. I had stayed second time and I know now that hotel will be my favourite for next journey to Frankfort. Very high recommended for value and for have a silent holiday. Close to down town and shops also train station. Happy happy can't wait to go back ;-)

The staff did not fail to deliver, we had an incredible view of the city, and a gorgeous room!All of the staff were very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would Definitely recommend!

Review 14：I've been in different rooms in this hotel and the standard is quite different. Some rooms have been renovated, some not. The bathroom in the unrenovated room was quite old, the shower and the tap of the washbasin didn't function properly. The room was extremely warm and the blanket far too thick. The biggest problem in this hotel are elevators. At peak hours you literally have to wait 10-15 minutes and I'm not exaggerating! The location is not that great if you have to go to the City.

Review 24：This hotel definitely needs renovation, everything is dated and looks cheap. More like 2-3* hotel. The restaurant is awful, and the bar even worse. They have an espresso machine but the coffee they serve is black liquid with a taste of dirt. Since this is large hotel they need more staff at the reception as there are always queues.

Why would I bother to pay for a service like that when it costs me so little to use the 4G data on my phone? Make it free and make it easy would be my thought. Otherwise, I like staying there and always try to when I'm in Sachsenhausen. The lifts are very slow, especially in the morning.

Review 71：Very outdated hotel. No soundproof walls, you hear what your neighbours do. TV switched on automatically at 7am, have no idea why. Small bicycle parking near the hotel entrance is reserved only for hotel's bikes. Guests with their own bikes have to park in the backyard near large trash cans. Very unintelligent and small elevators. If you live on lower floors you have no chance in getting down at the checkout time, elevators always come full from top floors.

The hotel says it has a restaurant.. it doesn`t.It has only a few dishes available in the bar and the one we tryed was disguisting and had curry in the mushroom sauce which had not been mentioned. We sent it back. My friend and I had booked 2 double rooms for single occupancy which is what we always do. There was a single duvet on one side of the bed and one towel in the bathroom. It was as if we were not trusted not to smuggle in an extra person and not pay. It was insulting and did not look welcoming. The hotel was not in the centre of the bars and restaurants of the lively district of Sachenhausen as stated on their website.There was nothing in sight.

Review 95：I found my stay extremely disappointing. In spite of paying in advance, the rude receptionist Nancy Schwamm said we had to pay 117 euros at the time of checkin. After we showed emails from the hotel confirming that the credit card pre authorization was sent prior to our arrival, we were allowed to checkin. The next morning the over priced breakfast had spoilt and stale salad and very bad coffee. The condition of the hotel lobby, strange elevator system and poor bathroom fittings added to our sad experience. Only the room cleaning person left a smile on our faces with his hardwork.

Review 116：I was booked into a non-smoking room but guests on either side of my room were able to get out on their balconies to smoke. I had my window open ajar and my room filled up with smoke. I hate the smell. The wifi was terrible and finally, while I appreciate that if a lift breaks down, urgent repairs are necessary, but I think the staff should have been more proactive in coming over to those of us sitting in the lobby bar trying to relax to apologise and explain what was going on. If I had been the manager I would have offered to relocate the guests to somewhere less noisy. It was deafening and went on for about 45 minutes.

When we went to have a breakfast the first morning, they kicked us out of the restaurant saying you just booked the room and u can't change anything about it. Later when we come to revise the check out invoice while we were already in the airport, we found out they charged us for 12€ per daily breakfast; means 6€ per person's daily breakfast which we didn't have
