Review 1：The only disappointing thing was that I requested a massage and it was cancelled last minute. Also the bed was not too comfortable. Very minor complaints. Truly enjoyed my stay!
Review 2：Location, cleanliness of the hotel and staff were great. I chose half board and glad I did. The dinner meals were 5 course meal, lunch was buffet style but very delicious and had a variety of choices and breakfast was never disappointing. The Staff helped me with ideas of what to do while staying at the hotel, gave me a public transportation card so i wouldn't have to drive around in the snow (for free) and suggested places to snowshoe for my friend and I.
Review 3：The gym was too small could do with a larger room and possibly a multi gym equipment.
Review 4：We celebrated our 9th anniversary here. Everybody was so helpfully from Management right down to the service staff. The Spa was clean and plenty of space. Food was excellent and our room 301 was amazing with views to die for. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 8：A lovely break fairly near my hometown Basel, excellent value for moneynot only because of the exchange rate. Mainly middle-aged couples, butgot treated very well as a single room user.
