Review 1：The room was small and very hot, and there was no fan or any way to cool the room down. Also, the lights were coordinated in such a way that we could never turn on only the lights we wanted.
Review 2：The breakfast and dinners (especially the beer) were excellent. We also liked the pool.
Review 3：- Swimming pool opens only as of 14:00 - Local habit to use public swimming pool and sauna without any cloth is a bit shocking.

Review 22：I ordered a superior room and got put in a standard. Room clutered and some lights didn't work. Food barely average with the evening bar staff fooling around. Very unprofessional.
Review 23：1. One Rezeptionsmitarbeiter who was irritable and impatient. She did, however, make an effort to be pleasant and courteous once I had complained. I have to say that this was the only member of staff who behaved badly, and I did receive a handsome apology from the Duty Manager. 2. The 'Smoking' section of the restaurant, which one walks through from the Reception to get to the upper-level rooms, was not as clean as the other dining areas, or as clean as it should have been.

Review 25：Cleaning was a bit lousy: inaccurate and some dust. We hoped that therestaurant was also more of a cafe, where you could drink coffe and teaand have something light like a sandwich or cake. I had suspected thatthe hotel knew more about strolls and walks through the forests. We werethere to visit Naturalpark Hainrich, but the hotelstaff had never heardabout that park.
Review 26：We have got an free upgrade into better rooms. Whith little kitchen.Thatwas more than welcome and very generous. We liked the entourage of thecombination Brauerei, Restaurant en Hotel. De restaurant and hotelstaffwas very very friendly ). We liked the surrounding of large trees andthe little town.
