In- and outdoor (walls, doors, large windows, all furniture, sanitary and inventory) are in perfect condition. - Very helpful staff (will you have a later arriving? call to hotel and ask to leave keys for you in outdoor safe box). - Free WiFi (just request a passwords on reception). - Free parking places. - Awesome nature around the hotel. - Near to A3-Highway (Koeln, Frankfurt aM...)
Review 3：- Very noisy ventilation which automatically works if switch off the light in the bathroom. Impossible to switch it off and it could work up to 20 minutes, annoying during a night - Breakfast is missing whole grain brown bread

No soap for hand wash in the rooms, Internet working only onthe ground floor, no credit cards accepted in the restaurant ( thoughthe bill vas brought in a Amex folder!), staff in the restaurant wherepolite and informative laking the personal touch you expect from a starchef restaurant. The hotel staff where also polite, but some having nointerest in solving the actual problem in question.
Review 30：Grandious old building, that is some 100 years old and have served manysocietets and hotel business. The rooms where airy, spacious and cleanwith a modern touch to the interior.

The receptionthen closed at 22:00 Restaurant closed again Monday night and receptionclosed even earlier, at 21:00this time, same again on Tuesday night butat least the internet was fixed. The rooms are functional, tv too small,no restaurant or bar for half the week and no coffee facilities, perfectplace to stay for €64 a night. Oh and breakfast is €7 not €6 as statedon their internet page, its only €1 difference but its also a lie

We were asked what time we would like breakfast and as we had a ferry to catch we requested 8.30, when we got downstairs everywhere was locked. There was another family who had been waiting even longer. Eventually the waitress arrived at 8.50 so we all had to leave without breakfast.
