Review 1：Breakfast was always packed with people and a limited spread. Like playing a game of musical chairs, every time you get up some one else takes the table. They did not have any moisturiser in the room and on request said they do not provide the same.

Review 29：The service was very poor and basic items in the room are not restored after room service. Had to call several times to get basic things added in the room like drinking water. The response from the staff is very poor and they say basic things are only available for the first night. Stayed there for 16 nights but had to call several times and get different answers. Someone says drinking water is only kept the first night and someone else says it is added every night since its booking.com. Needs improvement! Either charge or keep complimentary.

The staff were great, very friendly and attentive (thanks for everything Mirza) The room itself was a good size , clean with a comfortable bed but a little noisy at night due to the nightclub and people in the corridors. The swimming pool is a good size and has a good view of the skyline if you look over the fence! A big gym is onsite. Also in a good location near the metro. For the price, it is a good deal.

Review 42：Standard Room is very small and no quality furniture. Double bed was too small for a family of 2 people and child...When we split the bed, single beds were still more smaller and very uncomfortable. At midnight, 2 times, some persons tried to open the door, as the reception had provided them access cards which actually worked and the door actually opened. When we called the Reception, no action or feedback was provided. A very bad hotel to stay. It was a real nightmare. Infact I had booked for 2 nights stay, once I saw the room I was shocked as it was so small and not at all cozy. I immediately went back and requested to cancel my room and asked for a refund, for which they said they will charge me for one night if I cancel. Nevertheless, I cancelled the second night, and they say it will take 14 days to refund the money.It is 3 days and still I have not got the refund. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel ever

Review 50：Had a small reservation issue which was solved with bookings support: we had to change our reservation 6 months before the check in date because of flight change. Although we were able to change our reservation successfully and we got a confirmation for it, a few days before checking in City Max I saw the hotel blocked about 100 euros from my credit card . The amount was equivalent of almost 2 nights stay. When I called bookings asking what's with the blocked amount, the hotel staff explained they blocked the money for a no show (they didn't take into account the confirmed changed date although they confirmed it). Basically they've blocked for 30 days the amount for a night plus all the taxes for a 7 nights stay. This was very unpleasant since I am still waiting for the money to be unblocked.

I asked for a room with a queen size bed which ended with 2single small bed that was put together to make it queen size. That hotelhas a very poor service, once before they kept on calling in my room toask for the IDs and I even showed it to them at the time of thereservation and they scanned it already. At the same night they even tryto open the room door as they think that I checked out already!!. Verybad service and lack of professionalism of the stuff..WILL Not recommendthis hotel to anyone and definitely will not going back here..

Review 108：The hotel payment process is highly inflexible. I said that I will pay during check out, but they insisted on collecting the entire amount during check-in. I ran out of cash. Although, the manager tried to pacify me, explaining about the difficulties, I cannot sympathize with him/them. Secondly, a complimentary water bottle (2 nos. of 500 ml) is provided for 1st day only and for rest of the nights, you need to live on your own. But, they provide you with coffee and tea powder to make coffee.. I do not know how you will make it without any water - probably, they expect us to buy water or use the water from the bathroom. I find this to be too mean.. The room was not cleaned for two consecutive days and the room is highly congested. A/c was not working and all the persons in the hotel are super-busy. They need to add more people to improve service. The whole hotel is like a bus station. Probably, they have a tie-up with some travel agents and accept travel packages, the hotel is always hugely crowded.

Review 124：I asked for a large single bed instead was given a room with 2 single beds attached. Asked for a non smoking room but was given a smoking room as they had given away the non smoking reserved for me. The stink in the smoking room was unbearable. There was no bell boy to show me to my room when I checked in.

I did not get one good night sleep at this very noisy hotel. It was a big holiday for the Hindus while I was there, so the hotel was packed and very noisy. I would not stay there again. The area is not the best either. Only a few blocks away from what looked like an Indian ghetto.
