Review 1：The bathroom could do with an update.

Review 2：A great location, private and by vineyards, yet close enough to the city to give the stay an extra zest. The restaurant associated with the hotel had excellent food and service along with a splendid views of the city. The breakfast was super.

Review 3：The bathromm is extremely small, and not convenient for older people. Particularly annoying was, that upon arrival at about 19.00 and after a long drive there was no access to the restaurant because there was a private party as the (unfriendly) staff at the reception told us.

Review 4：We had no bad experience but the restaurant was closed due to a wedding reception. We were disappointed not to be able to eat there but had a good meal in town at the Wolpertinger.

Review 5：We liked the surrounding countryside and calm (goats, vines, trees). The centre of Bad Kreuznach is a few minutes drive away. The room was large and the bathroom very nice with plenty of room and a window. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming and served beer as well in the little bar! My husband does not have good mobility and we were given a room on the ground floor with a shower.

Review 8：I was there on Monday so that there were not many customers at that moment. The hotel gave us a bigger room than that I booked in advance at the same price. In addition, the area where the hotel is located is very quiet. Breakfast was nice and sauna was so great.

Review 11：I was in town for just a day. Found this hotel through Booking.com. Loved the hilltop location and the friendly, professional staff. Large comfortable and functional rooms. The hotel restaurant is about a five minute walk from the hotel but it's a very scenic and pretty walk (in decent weather!). The restaurant accomodated my vegan requirements very well, which I was quite grateful for!

Review 16：Absolutely perfect location on a hill right above the city of Bad Kreuznach. They had bicycle we could borrow for free, and to ride down to the city centre through the forest was awesome, there must be miles of paths and cart track there.

Review 52：It was quite difficult to find, especially as it was dark when we reached Bad Kreusnach. This was despite fairly detailed instructions and a google map. The worst problem in this respect was the route into the town centre and then finding the small road to the little bridge over the river. After that the Kausenberg signs led us directly to the hotel.

Review 54：The location in the middle of the country side with vineyards and view over the mountains. It is quiet and one can really smell the earth, the flowers, the grass. It is also safe to let children run around the premises. The Kauzenburg with the knights armours also impresses young children and the play corner is great.

Review 55：There was no elevator here - so being on the 3rd floor was more difficult, especially while carrying luggage. However, the stairs weren't too narrow to maneuver. Also, the hotel is slightly out of town, so not really in walking distance of downtown BK. However, the location is lovely, with a beautiful view.

Review 56：Free/Included breakfast and internet were great! This was the only hotel (out of 6 on our trip) where free internet was included, and it was easy to use. Breakfast was delicious and easy, and the room was clean and large enough for all three of us.
