Review 1：The WiFi was a bit intermittent at times.
Review 2：Great value for money and spacious apartment close to the secluded pebbly beach of Pissouri Bay. It was good of the staff to leave a note at reception and our key in the door for our late arrival.
Review 3：The owner was extremely friendly and helpful! Apartment was lovely and spacious. Ideal location near shops and restaurants as well as the beach! Will defo be returning in the near future.
Review 4：The owner is hands on and very willing to help in any situation. It was winter, with no open ATM in the area. He offered to take us up to the village in his car to the bank. He was also very helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment!

Review 13：After being told on day one that air conditioning was included, we were given a 50 euro air conditioning supplement on the last day-cheeky! Owners family seems to visit and use the pool facilities on an almost daily basis, sometimes taking paying guest space. Ants in the apartment. Hard beds. Bar only open until 6pm.

Review 19：4 people with a baby were staying over the long weekend. staff was kind to provide us renovated sea view double bedroom apartment. And it was amazing- seaviews from terrace were breathtaking!! Rooms are spacious (some furniture was economy style but new and generally good value for money), super clean and had everything for comfortable stay. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place for this price category. 2 min walk to beach, 2 min walk to restaurants and shops. room had big plazmaTV (but we didnt use it).

Spacious apartment (> 60 square meter) Very quiet at night. Nice large pool. Powerfull Wifi: covers all apartments, pool area, nearest restaurants and part of the beach. Owner is always around to explain things and to solve your problems. Good value for money (May 2015)

Review 32：In was a cold night end the electricity went down i phone him he needed 45 minute to come and see me because he was in limassol. And when he came he mouved me 3:50 in the morning to onother room that the air conditioning didn't worked so the next day i left and he accept to give me back my money. I went for three days seminar i pay a lot for those seninars and i watch only the 2 days i day was sleeping because i didn't sleep that night.

Review 35：My husband and I came to visit our daughter who lives in Pissouri, but as we were on holiday it was nice to have a pool, which is why we booked these apts. definitely come here again if we need to but you do need a car to get to some nightlife and good shopping in the new Paphos Mall.

(2) Ground floor apartment - we had intruders in the apartment that tried to still one of our bags. (3) Cleaners very noisy early mornings. For example, they start cutting the grass around 8.30-9am - not great if you want to have some sleep... (4) Notable size cockroach in the apartment (5) Bedsheets much smaller than the bed

Review 76：Some pillowcases and towels are a little bit too worn. It is rather difficult to get out of Pissoury Bay if you do not rent a car. There is only one morning bus to Pissoury Village. Taxi to Paphos or Limassol around 50 eur.

Apartment was large, with two balconies for sunlight at different times of day and a slight view of the sea (from other apartments the view of the sea would have been very good), wifi was decent. The pool is very good - not as crowded as the other places (including the Columbia down the road) and the hill just off the back of the development conceals you from some of the wind going up the coast.
Review 80：Old and dirty furniture in the apartment given to us (apartment A2).No locks in bathroom door. WI-Fi was pathetic. The owner of the property mentioned it a generic problem in that area but I was not convinced. I heard that the newer apartments from the same owner has better facilities. May be he was not willing to allot the good one though we booked it 3 months in advance

The pool was heated and kept very clean. It is long enough for some laps. Close to a number of nice restaurants and bars. WiFi is good but could improve. We were upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment. We were a bit worried about the taverna opposite being noisy but it wasn't. I would recommend Kotzias.

Review 101：Although I was in Cyprus for the first time, I felt very friendly with Mr Evros like I was in someone whom I've known for many years, the absolute location of the apartments is excellent, in a quiet, yet close to everywhere: to the sea, to the restaurant, to the Market. Who longs for the busy avenue may be for half an hour by car in Paphos or Limassol. Having a car in Cyprus available is granted without which it is hard to imagine holiday. Absolutely luxurious is the price!
Review 102：We spent nice time in Kotzias appartements in June 2013. It is a good combination of price and facilities for the rest. It is not luxurious place but you will have all you need for your vacations. The perfect location at about 100 meters from the beach. The owner can provide you with the opportunity to rent a car and call taxi.

Review 104：Apartment was basic and getting a bit tired but adequate. Bed linen only just fitted the beds and the towels were very end of season and grubby looking and a bit tattered. Good value and I would go again but would go more inseason when the watersports at the resort would be open. All water sports had shut down but the time we got there (second week in November).
