Review 1：Pool area was not good with broken chairs and umbrella's. The pool was very dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. Shower area was cramped and very unclean. Free WiFi was only available in lobby.

Review 3：Great location for Pissouri centre and amphitheatre. Apartment was much better than we expected, having read the reviews. Breakfast was immense and really tasty! They even had the Grand Prix on at breakfast time!

Review 6：The shower cubicle was tiny and very difficult to use as the doors were not easy to open & close, the door actually came out of it's tracks when attempting to open. The kitchen was very basic, just 2 hot plates, a kettle and a toaster, no microwave or oven. We couldn't get the wi-fi to work. These areas were disappointing as the potential for this accomodation could be great with a little upgrade.
Review 7：The view from the room was fabulous. Living area was spacious, the bedroom overlooked the pool and had adequate wardrobe space. Reasonable prices at the bar and a lovely pool with panoramic views. Very close to the amphitheatre which was helpful as this was the reason for our stay, also within walking distance of the lovely village square.
Review 8：Our complaints are not in any specific order but should be of concern to anyone considering booking this hotel. The description on booking.com is not accurate. wifi did not work anywhere except in the bar. No tv in room Air con controls had to be requested and were not automatically in the room, so a hot arrival ensued. Shower so small it was difficult to use and shower doors collapsing, both in our room and our friends in adjoining apartment. No hair dryer. Cleanliness poor especially in bathroom - stains on toilet and toilet seat insecure. Bathroom had insufficient space to put toileteries. Toaster and kettle hazardous! Had to hold the switch down on the kettle to get it to work. Did not use toaster as it was filthy. The beds are almost beyond description - mattress on creaky wooden board so that each time you moved you woke your partner. Mattress very, very hard and stained so back ache and bites all round. Most worrying was the bed which was a single sheet directly on top of the mattress - health and safety issues! No mattress protectors or bed toppers. No telephone. No safe. French windows unlockable and on one side did not work so that to get to the balcony you had to move the bed to get out each time. Fridge damaged and rusty. No maid service or change of sheets or towels or disposal of rubbish bags for 4 days!!!! So, we shall never stay at the Pissouriana again, as it was used mainly as a sports bar for locals so noisy and not restful at all. At check out we were asked to pay in cash although on your website they say that credit cards are excepted and we had to walk to the village to find a cashpoint on a Sunday morning in 28C. We are in our late 60's early 70's. Everything about this hotel is second rate and it is lacking in customer service to such an extent that it is quite blatently just a money making enterprise. There are much better places in Pissouri for the same money or less - book them!!!!

Review 27：It was slightly difficult to find at first and I have been to Pissouri before. A good quality map and/or directions would be useful as once you have done the trip it is very easy.

Review 32：The panoramic view is stunning and the hotel is only 2 miles from the lovely Pissouri Bay. Captains Restaurant is right on the beach and is superb in every way. The hotel is next to the amphitheatre and 'Cyprus Night' can be enjoyed at the nearby village square. We had a comfortable stay and would stay there again.
Review 33：Apartment smelled due to being closed, no tv, water pressure was non existant, toilet dripped. The bed was too small and VERY uncomfortable. We needed to ask management for them to turn on the fuse for ac to work otherwise we would have melted away from the heat.
