Review 1：Terrible customer service, staff member smiling throughout my complaint that room specifications not met Very dirty room, stains on bedsheets, broken window Money taken from my account for no reason long after having left resort. Hotel must be storing the credit card information

Review 5：Right next to the Gondola leading up to Cerna Hora. In walking distance to the centre of town. Near to the Aquatic Centre for a sauna, swim or massage after a day in the mountains or on the slopes. Great breakfast offered at the hotel. Wonderful area set in the mountains!
