Review 1：The hotel staff were very helpful, firendly and accommodating. I took the option for having dinner at the restaurant when I booked and the meals were excellent.
Review 2：Not much that we didnt fancy, the room was small but definitely enough for two people. Toilets are a little old but everything worked perfectly. No fridge in the room as well but i reckon thats a European practice for hotels. So no problem for us :)
Review 3：Hotel is right smack in the middle of Bad Kreuznach city centre which was very convenient. Also close to the train station (10mins walk). Area was quiet and nice. The staff was very accomodating and changed our room immediately when we requested one with a balcony outside overlooking the Nahe River. (We booked two rooms - double and single rooms, the single room had a balcony). Thank you!

Review 15：We booked 2 rooms in the main hotel on Booking.com for 116 euro each.When we arrived they placed us in a sub-par, tiny room across the streetfrom the main hotel. We showed the girl at the desk our resevation. Sheeven had a copy of our reservation. She then said the main hotel wasfully booked and that was all they could offer us. The fact is...therewere other Americans at the hotel that night...so they thought theywould just put all of us across the street together. And they would havecharged us twice the price if we wouldn't have complained! That iscriminal! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The room was oldand shabby and the shower did not drain. I have never left a bad reviewabout a hotel before because we have always had excellent luck withbooking.com. This hotel did not deliver what was on the site.
