Review 1：The manager wasn't willing to talk with me about the extra cost that they attached to my current bill. I had to cancel my previous booking due to the Eurotunnel train failure. I called the hotel as soon as I could, so we agreed there will be no extra fee due to the cancellation. On my way back there was a surprise..... They charged extra 28 € with out saying a single word.... The manager was there, but she did not want to talk to me even if I asked 3 times explicitly. Summary: Hotel Im Hagen won 28€ and at the same time they lost a returning customer because of the manager. Well done! Good job! I will never return again! I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friend.

Review 6：The road surface leading in needs to be refurbished. I was getting lifts from my colleagues and they were all worried about damaging their cars.
Review 7：The food in the restaurant is excellent, the staff are friendly and the quietness of the surroundings is very relaxing.
