Review 1：The staff was very friendly, helpful and motivated - they provided good information about the area and other facilities such as the bus service and the thermal bath, and helped us book at the the latter on a short notice. The location is excellent for skiing, sledging and hiking in Vals as it is just in front of the cable car. You have to take into account about 10 min on foot to the village center and about 20 min to the thermal bath (at the other end of the village). The building is at the same time modern and elegant, with a very original glass and stone front, but also cozy in a somewhat traditional 'alpine' style (lots of wood, stuffed animals, comfortable armchairs); plenty of big windows with a very nice view of the mountains and valley.
