Review 1：I have been to Hill View several times over the last 22 yrs. and know the family very well . The two brothers work so hard to make sure every customer is comfortable and enjoy their stay. And the restraraunt is renound miles around for its good food.

Review 2：This small family run hotel was a perfect home for my one week stay in Cyprus. It is situated on the hilltop which overlooks the pretty village of Pissouri. My room was a bright, spacious open-concept apartment with a king bed, comfy leather chairs, a glass-topped dinette set and a kitchenette provided with a fridge, microwave, and toaster oven/cooktop combo, plus glassware/cookware, a long counter and sink. My large east-facing balcony was great for first coffee and spectacular sunrises over the Mediterranean. Washroom plumbing and fixtures were good quality with a walk-in shower delivering plenty of hot water each day. My 3rd floor room was an easy climb up the wide split-rise staircase. Hallways were also bright and wide with clearly posted exit signage.Bouganvillea vines and other showy plants beautify the entranceway. When you enter the lobby you begin to feel the warmth of the atmosphere. A cosy couch, local decorative elements and interesting photographs lend to the appeal. There was also a Christmas tree to complete the welcome. Continuing past the lobby you enter the bar/lounge area and beyond that a bright, festive dining room overlooking the village. The bar is well stocked with international liquors and a few choice whiskeys. Crisp lagers on tap, bottled beers, the best local wines plus quality imports complete the offerings. Food selections offered fresh, healthy and traditional choices. Daily breakfast is fresh fruits, tomatoes, cucumbers, yoghurt, olives, toasts, juice and coffee, with eggs cooked your way. The supper menu is a tantalizing selection. I tried the crispy duck and the moussaka. Both were delicious, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented.On top of these qualities is the service provided by the hosts and staff. Nikos, George and their dad Achilles are always nearby if you need anything. Their connections in the community will get you taxis, excursions and travel advice.

Review 6：We've never written a review for anything before, but we liked this place so much that we were looking forward to doing so. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and could not be more welcoming. The views from the sea-facing side of the hotel are lovely. Its very quiet, but only a 10 minute walk (albeit uphill!) from the busier centre of Pissouri village, so best of all worlds. The restaurant evening meal food is REALLY high quality and very professionally done. Breakfast also great and inexpensive.

Review 12：The name gives you the clue to the location, great views over the village. The accomation in our opinion is the best in Pissouri and the price was very reasonable. I would probably recommend that you ask for a pool view rather than a inland one but someone has to have the inland view. The apartments are very well equipped, spacious and nicely decorated and serviced every day. The food at Hillview is excellent too. Breakfasts are great. We ate one evening and the food was fantastic but best of all is the Sunday Carvery, but advisable to book.

The Apartment was lovely , we had apartment A2 and we just stepped out of the Veranda onto the pool area . It was so peaceful . We will certainly return to the Hill View Apartment / Hotel . We hired a car as this place is on the highest point in Pissouri , driving in Cyprus is so easy . We stayed for 5 days and wish it could have been longer .

Review 42：We enjoyed the lovely view from the hilltop in Pissouri village from which you could see right over to the Akrotiri peninsula and the Troodos hills. The Hill View apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped and all the staff were most helpful. There was an added bonus in that the hotel restaurant was rated very highly and provided us with some excellent evening meals, again with lovely views from the hilltop. Pissouri is well located for exploring the Southwest of Cyprus, being near the motorway and roughly equidistant from Lemosos, Paphos and Troodos. The village of Pissouri has many excellent tavernas and a supermarket and petrol station nearby.

We will definitely return to the Hill view next time we're in Cyprus and will also recommend it to others.

The restaurant and the food (evening and breakfast) is outstanding! Around 10mins drive to the beach and also very well located for excursions to Troodos and Paphos. The perfect location if you want to escape the main tourist areas, to see the "real" Cyprus!

Review 107：The view is indeed amazing, but that's just the icing on the cake. The entire hotel is just lovely, very nicely decorated, the rooms (or at least the one we stayed in) were huge, with a very nice bathroom and well equiped kitchen. The view from our balcony was spectacular. Also a special mention for the staff and especially Nikos the owner and Yiogos (George) the chef, whose friendly and helpful suggestions made our trip to Cyprus memorable. The food in the restaurant is amazing, worthy of any London venue, and the fact that it was packed every night with locals and tourists alike is a good testament to that. A car is recommended if staying in Pissouri village, but only to be able to visit the other places of interest nearby. It's just a 5 mins walk down to the village square, where all the restaurants and bars are located. Also, if you'd like to go to the Pissouri Bay area, the taxi is 10 euros one way.
