Review 2：Old hotel that needs refirbishing. Room keys did not work and had to be re-programmed, and even after that only 1 out of 3 keys worked. Motion sensors in the hallways don't react properly and one ends up walking to the room in complete darkness. The electric service panel is in fact IN the room and makes a continous buzzing sound which disturbs sleep.The bathroom was dirty. It is difficult to say whether the room was clean since the lighting was very weak and it was very dark. The heating was turned off (it was below zero outside) and the room could only be warmed up with a very noisy airconditioning. The breakfast - for a hotel claiming it has 5 stars- was below average. At check out we were charged 50 crowns more that the price stated in the booking confirmation (only realized it after the payment was done since the receptionist did not tell us the sum before payment).

Review 6：Very clean. Furnitures are new. Bathroom compact and very clean. Breakfast very rich, lots of different kinds of food. Restaurant is also very good. Very reasonable price.close to tram line no2.Only 20 min to city center, 30 min to Ostrava main train station. Parking car no problem.

Review 8：Just great. One of the best hotels I stayed (being frequent traveller!). In addition, paid almost nothing thanks to special weekend rate and last minute booking, and got an executive suite for that price though reserved a single room. Breakfast was included. Did not check the wellness centre due to having no time (was it included or not into price did not also come clear), but will check next time.

Would suggest that this is 3 star in terms of accommodation, but staff for sure do make the difference here, they have a great team

Review 22：Shower gel in small bag you will be totally unable to open with wet hands in the shower. Very poor breakfest. As poor as you should better consider to stay elsewhere. The corridors from the lifts are at night absolutely dark. There is no single light and it takes time before the sensor switches the lights on. Have a mobile phone ready to to get your own light on.

Review 24：If you are a business traveller it is a good choice. Located very close to the motorway, sso if you do not want to have walks in the downtown, just have a rest, working on your computer, it is a good choice. Wi-Fi is exceptionally good.

Review 92：Don't look much from the outside, but is very nice inside. Absolutely a hotel and restaurant to recomend if your trip goes to Ostrava. A little outside the centre but with trams right outside the travelling is easy and cheap. I've heard that it's one of the best hotels in Ostrava at a reasonable price. Perfect restaurant with Czech low prices. Breakfast buffet with a lot of choices, fantastic as I stayed for 11 nights. Service staff friendly, english speaking and serviceminded. Always help to get. 10 min by (cheap) taxi from Ostrava Svinov station if you arrive with Pendolino train from ex Prague. Nice indoor swimmingpool and fine fitness room. It's possible to buy massage. Bathtub in the rooms around 433. Neighbour to CEZ Sport Arena.

Review 93：During our 5 day stay the room was not cleaned on 2 days. Extra chargesfor parking and for swimming pool. Not enough electrical plugs in theroom (just one plug located far from any table).

The staff do what they can to minimize the inconvenient andhopefully, as soon as it's over, everything will be more functionaland nicer.
