Review 1：The bed was very hard, it was impossible to sleep on it for both my husband and myself. We travel a lot and this has never happened to us. The hotel staff tried to help us immediately with a folded blanket that could not resolve the problem.

Review 3：Maria was outstanding and helpful in every way. The breakfast buffet was terrific, the little touches of the names, rocks, hearts, candles and the chalk board are memorable.

Review 15：Only breakfast is served in the restaurant. A beautiful and generousone, to be sure, but the variety of eating establishments is small, andthe places where we did eat were terrically expensive by Zurich (home)standards.
Review 16：The peace and quiet, and access to so many mountain railways. The hikingin the Aletsch range is some of the finest in Switzerland. Therestaurant staff was exceedingly welcoming and friendly. The room wasabsolutely spotless. A super weekend retreat.
