Review 1：Owner of hotel (older lady) was not very charming and never smiled. Her son was ok but looked very tired and also not so motivated.

Super friendly staff, modern accommodations, beautiful location at the quaint town square, excellent food, accommodated stay for our daughter in separate room, free wifi, arranged discounted tickets for visit to Therme Vals, walking distance to the Therme.

Review 4：We arrived late at night after having been lost in the alps and were met at the door with a smile. I appreciated the spareness of the room and the bathrooms have heated floors and very nice stone tile. Excellent breakfast and very good service. Will most definitely be back.

Review 6：I was expecting more. More space more light more attention to details but is a Caminada hotel and a design counterpoint to Zumtor spa so you pay for it.Decent restaurant quite cool.excellent staff.Good private parking. Some lovely walks in the area.

Review 7：Newly refurbished, Hotel Alpina is a wonderful place to stay in the beautiful village of Vals. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room very neat tidy and modern. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and it was delicious: in-season game, prepared by the chef who is trained as butcher - very good!

Review 8：Long term maintenance of windows and bathrooms will be required, or the quality of stay will be reduced. The beginnings of wear and tear from moisture are starting to show, but not enough to effect our stay.
