Review 1：No one was available to pick up our luggage when we arrived at Bettmeralp. I was traveling with grandparents & children, so it was hard to get us all there, pulling our own luggage, when booking.com advertised that someone would take our luggage from the cable car!

Review 8：Simple but spacious and cozy/tasteful rooms, most of them with stunning south-facing views, balconies. Recently renovated insulating windows (matters in winter). 3-minute walk from cable car arrival, 1-minute walk from town center. Friendly and competent service by owners and staff.
