Review 1：We stayed right by the entrance so there was a light on outside our window. Would stay here again would just request a room away from entrance.

Review 3：Common to all places we stayed in Germany and Austria is that the doonas are too hot but it's too cold without them, that is, difficult to modulate temperature.

Review 8：Comfortable and clean but not great on the self catering side. 4 of everything, no toaster. One electric ring and a microwave. No good for cooking for a family of 4, we had to eat out. everything in one room, including sleeping area, again, not great with young kids. Good for Europa park, within easy walking distance.
Review 9：Nothing really. Rooms had small kitchenette and a toaster would be a good addition to the appliances.
Review 10：The purpose of our trip was to spend time at Europa Park. The apartment was a 10 minute walk from the entrance gate which was perfect. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and even took us to the station so that we could continue our journey through Germany.
Review 11：I was asked to pay 500 euros as deposit. And I was told to pay in cash. Although when I made the booking at booking.com it wasn't mentioned that I have to pay in advance and in cash.

Review 19：No air-con in the rooms. It was very very hot - especially in the attic rooms (top floor). Having said that I must point that there was mineral water in the fridge (already chilled) and a fan waiting for us. So that was a definite PLUS !!!

Review 21：The apartment is far from shopping areas and Europa park. You need a car. No AC in the rooms, no washing machine. They close the office at 7 pm. So if you don't make it you might sleep in the street with your kids! The lady at the reception is rude. They will take a deposit from you for not keeping the apartment clean during check out. 450 euros if water is on the floor! They might not give you what your request as far as the type of the room or location. The first picture you see in booking.com ( little house with a garage) is not the apartment. Not Lift! Nobody to help with your languages Back pain!

Review 59：We were a party of 7 sharing only one bathroom. There is no elevator and no help from staff. We had to take a lot of bags up 3 floors, then move everything to another apartment on the 2nd floor and still no one to help. It is noisy in the morning when other guests leave early. They only take cash!!! Booking.com did state that but in very small letters at the end of the booking confirmation. Of course, no one saw that. At time of check out we had not enough Euros to pay so we had to go to an ATM. They would not take US Dollars, Swiss Francs or anything, just Euros. The email from booking.com says cash only but it does not specify Euros.

Breakfast was varied and filling in animpeccably clean breakfast room. The main entrance to the park was aneasy 15 minute walk even with little kids.
Review 63：Though breakfast is good there's not much food to choose from. It's also a little warm at night. Maybe they could change the blankets and use the fleece ones.
