Review 1：The dust under the bed, I didn't like it.
Review 2：It is a great hotel, modern and comfortable. The vue was great and the personal very kind. The breakfast delicious and varied. They have many places for fun, parks and playground around. It was a great holiday and thank you for courtesy hotel staff.
Review 3：There was a significant language barrier which complicated many things. I called several times to request a crib for my son and I was hung up on repeatedly because they did not understand me. The facilities that were advertised such as the sauna and hot tub were out of order. I wasn't even allowed to go downstairs and play pool on the pool table. My mother-in-law uses a cpap machine to breath at night while she sleeps and the staff yelled at me when I tried to plug it into the outlet. They said we weren't allowed to plug anything into the wall outlets. My 7 month old son fell out of the high chair in their dining room during breakfast because there were no straps on the high chair to hold him in place. He slipped right through and fell on the floor while we were eating and the staff didn't even bother to see if he was okay.

Very good breakfast and our room was wonderful - facing toward a river with new facilities in toilet room There is a place for babies and children to play in the main hall. Lovely! Good for its price. The location is good for forest hiking. 11/2 hour from main tourist sites
Review 7：We waited at reception at over an hour for check in...we rang then bell, no answer, telephoned, no answer, walked round the back (the chef waved at us but didn't come out for 45 mins...apparently it's a different business) then eventually a v nonchalent unapologetic male arrived to give us room keys...quite freaky as we had arrived just before 6pm and it was after 7pm before we had access to room...we were about to give up and had been on international phone call 10 mins to booking.com (held in queue and the situation sorted before they answered) but a v v poor start...the room then was v v clean, lovely view, good size for the 3 of us, fabulous breakfast and Olga super lovely and v hard working...all this effort to be spoilt by our arrival! Hope it gets better!

Review 11：On check in it appeared they didn't know we were coming. Very slow. (It seems we were the only guests that night). Advertises as a resort but not even a restaurant open that night. Looks like painting and refurb still happening.
