Reviews for Resort Mark Brandenburg
Review 1:There were few times problem with our hotel card, had to go each time to the reception. It would be better for hotel guest to enter the spa area also with watch like the "only spa guests". But these are just small things and didn't really disturb our very good holiday.
Review 2:Very nice spa area with excellent view on the lake in a nice little city. "Seeblick" sauna and salty pools are just perfect. We will come back for sure, indeed in the summertime, too.
Review 3:The room cleaning service could be better. They came every day at 9:30 - 10, and if we couldn't live our room at this time, they could just skip the cleaning, what was once a case even though we were absent whole 5 hours between 10 and 15, and "please clean the room" notice was on. The toilet paper was not resupplied regularly either.
Review 4:Perfect location. Neuruppin is very nice city. The swimming pool and sauna facilities are perfect. The stuff at reception and in the facilities is very friendly and helpfull. Very nice food. You should take half board with this hotel, as they have excellent thematic dinner for every day.
Review 5:The staff was very friendly and made our stay a great experience. The spa is very nice and we enjoyed very much that everything was provided to us to go there (slippers, bathrobe and towels).
Review 6:language skills wellness staff is limited
Review 7:Great hotel with eye for detail. So nice to hear live piano music early in the morning. Wellness is unique - also with 25m swimming pool.
Review 8:Not sound proof. The building is very noisy. I needed sleep but got very few. Very hard mattress. Long walk to the Fontane Therme. I caught a cold.
Review 9:Location directly at the Neuruppin Pond. Room size is extraordinary. Balconies at pond side. Fontane Therme is pretty, the pools are awesome.
Review 10:To get access to internet is incredibly complex (you have to do it via the tv and the tv has to be on as long as you want to have access to internet. nowadays there are much easier methods to get access to internet in a hotel.
Review 11:Internet is free-of-cost
Review 12:Not a complaint - but a suggestion to the hotel staff to check with international visitors if they are familiar with how the sauna and thermal pool system works (ex. schedule for sauna programmes, how lockers work for hotel guests etc.) We were a bit confused when using the sauna facilities as all the signage is in German.
Review 13:- Amazing sauna and therme pools with an incredible setting on the lake - Not just pet "friendly" but pet "welcoming" (we travelled with our dog and were so happy to have the dog welcome kit in our room complete with food bowls, treats, bottled water and toy!) - Well-appointed facilities, tastefully decorated and high quality - not too fancy to feel uncomfortable - Fantastic included breakfast - high quality with great assortment which is not typical in most hotels
Review 14:lake access from the spa is poorly designed and maintained (stairs with slippery algea). why is there no access to the lake for swimmers without going through the whole spa area?
Review 15:friendly staff, spa with very nice pools and sauna areas, breakfast buffet, restaurant parsival was excellent
Review 16:The style of the hotel was a bit too modern for my taste.
Review 17:expensive
Review 18:The incredibly complex way of connecting and also, during the saty, re-connecting to the internet
Review 19:The free use of the spa & free Wifi in the room.
Review 20:Complex procedure to get internet access
Review 21:Service mind set of the staff
Review 22:You pay extra per night for parking, which I really think they could waiver considering the price of the rooms.
Review 23:We stayed on a Sunday to Tuesday and the hotel and spa were very quiet. We found the food to be of a high standard, although pricey - particularly if comparing to Berlin prices! The room was comfortable and quiet and we had a nice view of the lake. The spa was very nice - we especially liked the outdoor pools (34 degrees) with views of the lake. We treated ourselves to a massage and facial, which were both very nice!
Review 24:Wifi in room can be a bit iffy but this probably depends upon whether Samsung "smart" TV system works which requires a number of steps. At any rate, always possible to get good Internet connection in lobby.
Review 25:Superb spa facilities, marvelous floating sauna on lake, warm salt water in pool to enjoy floating, several pools to exercise, and a complete collection of dry and wet saunas. Spa also has fine and healthy dining. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms, excellent breakfast, polite, friendly and efficient staff. Marvelous combination! And very close to the train station.
Review 26:Sorting through some of the options was not always easy. There are three different ways to have breakfast, for example, and our inability to quickly make up our minds (we didn't realize that there was a deadline of 8PM the night before) led to our only stressed interaction with the hotel staff. One other thing, the rooms are really not set up for Internet connectivity. Wifi didn't work at all and the ethernet cable outlets aren't conveniently placed. We eventually got it sorted (went down to the desk and requested a longer cable). By the end of our stay, though, it made more sense why they don't worry about this too much -- we had forgotten completely about all things Internet and spent 90% of our time in the spa, reading or in one of the restaurants ;).
Review 27:The connection to the spa was very nice -- you are basically encouraged to stay in a bathrobe (provided) for much of your stay and have easy access to all the spa facilities (pools and various steam rooms and saunas) via an enclosed walkway from the hotel. The general attitude of the place is romantic and relaxed.
Review 28:In our room, we had two beds next to each other. For some reason, wedidn t sleep that good.
Review 29:The location, right at the lake, is perfect. The hotel is very nice. Youcan go from your room to the sauna directly wihtout going outside. Manydifferent rooms at the terme and among others, a nice 36.6°c outdoorsalty swimming pool that sometimes transform into a big whirlpool. Thebreakfast is pretty good. Very close to Berlin (the regional train costonly 6 euros ot go there) but far enough to forget the big cityatmosphere. Very relaxing place.
Review 30:Lovely hotel with friendly staff and a very nice pool and sauna area.
