Review 1：Outside ventilator (I think it was) a little noisy (but it didn't bother my partner), twin beds.

Review 3：One of the desk staff was quite rude, essentially refusing to get us acopy of the hotel information which was missing from the room. The saunahours should be extended as it was rather crowded. The balcony needed tobe repainted.

Review 6：Parts of the decoration are a bit odd and misplaced. The "cushion heart" in the door to sign if the room is available for service is not working well. You can smell the restaurant a lot in the lift.

Review 11：The bathroom in the room could do with a new tap. One where hot and cold water can be mixed. The pool downstairs when we went there in the evening was off i.e. no water from a special installed flow. There were also no candles at all, which where shown in the advertisement

Review 13：Double bed with single sagging mattresses: uncomfortable. Our room was quite smelling maybe because of moquette instead of wood. Too bad not to have tea and coffee facilities or little fridge in room especially when you get back after terme session and wish to keep relaxing in privacy… Gym is a small room outside hotel structure so in winter you get a cold to get there and back.

We stayed at a superior doubled room(CHF 250+ per night), but the service is not qualified. 1.The mattresses are too soft and uncomfortable. 2.Just one small bottle of body cream for three nights stayed, didn't supply on the following days even we finished it, same as the bottled water, just one bottle on the first day. 3. We put the dirty bathrobe on the floor, but they didn't change just put back on the hanger........unbelievable. 4.On the check in day, we were told we were invited for a welcome wine in our room, but nothing was sent to our room. A little disappointed

Review 49：Many little things unpleased us: in the reception the first day, we were told we were invited for a drink. Finally, we had to argue during 15 min to get it off the bill. Also in the restaurant, we first got only the menu with expensive dishes and had to ask for the pizza one. Finally, the price was much too high for the room we got in the old part of the building.
