Housed in a Renaissance castle from the early 16th century, Zamek Zabreh offers historical rooms with wooden roof beams and underfloor heating.
All items of furniture are genuine period pieces, purchased at antique auctions. Some of the rooms have baldachin beds and all of them are luxuriously equipped with attention to detail. They feature free Wi-Fi.
Zamek Zabreh houses a non-smoking restaurant and a wine cellar. Guests can sample traditional recipes prepared in the modern kitchen or over the open hearth in the centre of the restaurant itself. Home-grown ingredients, fresh herbs and organic products are used.
The outdoor tables in the castle's courtyard also offer a wonderfully atmospheric place to eat. An experienced sommelier will assist in choosing among fine Moravian and international wines from the original wine cellar with a vaulted ceiling.

Review 1：It's not fair of me to say the location is poor as I don't really know the area but I found it quite hard work to get to and from the hotel.

Review 3：I would appreciate if they had a fridge or something similar in the rooms so you can store food or drinks to keep it cold. I also missed a wine opener.

Review 4：I was a very special feeling to sleep there since a former castle was built there in the 16th century, although a modernization took place 1975. The resturant have outstanding food and most of the staff spoke understandable English at the the hotel and in the resturant.

Good breakfast, excellent restaurant in the hotel (slightly more expensive, but worth money) with own microbrewery. Well wifi coverage. Own parking lot. Definitely worth visit. Review 52：The worst hotel in which I had to happen. The design of hotel under a medieval castle is disgusting. Constantly stinks of any ashes. All clothes were smelled. The worst that below is in a yard restaurant, with street celebrations. During our visit there took place the Czech wedding. Local natives, walked, sang and danced till 2 nights. We arrived with the child, it was impossible to fall asleep. Admininstration didn't react. Natives told that they aren't excited by our problems and music will loudly play till 2 nights. As a result of us moved in small stuffy numbers where we hardly fell asleep. It doesn't cost those 200 euros that we paid for these numbers. I advise to nobody there to go.

Review 54：We phoned in the morning prior to arriving to check our booking was confirmed. They told us only one room was reserved and they did not have the booking for the second room we reserved, but would possibly try and fit us in. And no we would probably not be able to reserve a table in the restaurant as it was Saturday night and they would be fully booked, but we should phone after 12 noon when the restaurant opened to enquire again. W.T.F! Were we supposed to feel really grateful for being accomodated and fed?

Review 57：This was a charming find in the historic mining town. And quite possibly, the highest quality food of our 5 city European journey. The wine and beer hot tubs and massages were just what we needed after doing so much walking and touring the previous 3 cities. It was a very relaxing experience, really good beer (their own), and the staff was quite helpful in providing local information. Overall - a delightful experience.

Review 59：the beergarten with live music and the restaurant are the best part of the hotel. Very nice ambiance and food . We had the attic room which means 50 steps up, no air conditioning with temperature outside around 35C, no safe and worst no curtain so you woke up with the sun at 5 o'clock. This for a price that is for the area extremely high. Not surprising that there were only 2 other rooms occupied when we were there.
