Review 1：The senior staff were not very friendly or accommodating, though the younger waiting staff in the restaurant were fine. We were moved to a neighbouring hotel due to overbooking and were only informed of this with 20 minutes notice (in future, booking.com should notify any problems by phone or sms - some people have no access to their e-mails when travelling)

Review 2：Nice breakfast and efficient reception at the relief hotel (although it was officially closed the day we arrived).
