Review 5：The desk person sent us to the red light district, when we asked for a place to eat, when there was a beautiful riverfront area full of food, the same distance away. there also was an Oct 3rd festival going on, as well as Oktoberfest. how can you not know anything about the town you live in when you work at a hotel front desk? Review 9：I booked for twin bed room and they gave me very small room with single bed. No aircondition in room and temperature is more than 30 Deg C. No ventilation in room.

Review 12：There was nothing to like about this place as the location was terrible. There were too many degenerate types walking around due to the fact that it is right down the street from the red light district of Frankfurt. The streets are filled with drunks until 04:00 and you can hear everything happening outside. You will not get a good nights rest unless you are passed out. If you are looking for a nice place to sleep pay a few dollars more and find another place.

Review 22：The access to the elevator was a bit crowded and with lots of luggage was difficult to access. Also the shuttle service to the airport which is advertised was not available when I arrived. I made my reservation based on this feature, I phoned the hotel to verify if there was in fact a shuttle service to the airport and was told there was, but when I arrived they said it was only available on certain days. There also was no help with my luggage when I arrived.

Review 28：Under our room (201) were some sort of cafe, because of which we needed to keep our windows closed (they were cooking fish there which my wife is allergic to) Room is a bit small - nice, but small - maybe not suitable for long stay. There is no "view" out of the window, because front part of the hotel is on reconstruction right now.

Review 32：2-minutes walk away from Hauptbahnhof with lots and lots of restaurants/stores nearby. Single room is not big but just the perfect size for someone travelling alone. Includes a mini-bar, coffe/tea-making facilities and AC (though i did not need it). Since it's close to Hbf, the street is quite noisy; but keep the windows closed and it's perfect. If it's important for you to be near Hauptbahnhof and comfortable, go for it!

Review 33：Internet Wifi Access was hit and miss. Room was dirty with the previous customer's remnants left behind when I arrived (at 3pm!) as the cleaning staff hadn't got around to sorting my room out - I had to request the room to be cleaned - then once the room had finally been cleaned a couple of hours later i discovered I had no towels - again I had to request towels so that i could have a shower. Room was very small. Lack of sleep due to the noise outside, mainly from the trams - maybe the Comfort Hotel needs to invest in some triple glazing for the windows..or give customers a pair of earplugs on arrival.

Review 35：It does what it says on the tin. Fair, clean 3 star hotel , next to the railway station and not far from the center. Was given big comfortable triple room. Excellent value for money. Good for overnight sleep if you are passing through frankfurt or on a one day trip.

Review 36：the room was rather small, but without causing any problem for one person. But if the twin rooms are of the same size too, this could be too narrow.

Review 37：Location, staff, totally renewed room (nothing reminded to me of anything old, perfect cleanliness, perfect quiteness (since the room faced to the back and not the main street). I don't believe the front rooms can be the same quite.

Review 38：The newly incorporated design is adequate for a beach resort, too colourful in confined spaces. Inadequate cleaning equipment used (steamer for carpet smaller than the one my mother uses at home). Telephone disconnected. Shower water temperature unstable (turns really hot for an instant - not nice). Room furniture too much for confined space and the colour changing lights makes the whole environment cheap... This feedback concerns the Clarion Hotel which I was sent there after my reservation at Comfort Hotel was revoked due to overbooking.

Review 105：The hotel does not have forks, knives or even teaspoons to stir coffeewith. As the hotel does not have their own kitchen I was informed toborrow utensils from the Asian restaurant that provides hotel guestsbreakfast in the morning. Staff at this restaurant flat out refused myrequest (even for a plastic spoon, which they surely have for people whocome for takeaways) and completely ignored me. I explained mypredicament to the hotel receptionist who was very gracious and wentover to the restaurant personally just to get me a plastic spoon.

You must be wondering then what's the best about it??? Yesthey upgraded our stay in Ramada Hotel (same group hotel). Very spaciousroom...huge bathroom with all amenities...and close to main trainstation. I must say that the staff is really good and understandingpeople. I, by mistake, pressed the paid adult channel which Iimmediately called the reception and reported him. You know what...theguy reversed the charges from my bill immediately. Thank God...who thehell in the world pay and watch such channel when everything isavailable in internet for free. So good advice for family (speciallywith Kid) - while browsing through the tv channel please take extra carein pressing right channel section else you would end up in shelling offextra penny from your pocket without your knowledge and kid would beexposed to naughty scene :p

Review 120：Upon checking in, we were told we received a "Free upgrade" to a double room -- not really an upgrade since we had BOOKED a double room. Our room did not have functioning heat. When we went back to the front desk, we were informed that there were no other available rooms, but that the heat would be repaired in the morning -- a lot of good that did for us!
