Review 1：Suggest pre-completing the guest information card (departure time and flight details etc) or at least leaving filling in the form to the following day as it conflicts with the relaxed Maldivian spirit when you first land and are a bit tired after a long flight.

Review 2：Gorgeous location and accommodation, wonderfully friendly staff - a real community feeling. I had been concerned that all inclusive might mean the food would be so-so but nothing could be further from the truth. The food was fabulous. We were so sorry to leave. Thank you to all who made us feel so welcome.

Review 14：I love the activities that they offer. The diving instructor is super nice and patient to teach diving skills.My husband and me enjoyed the every moment on the island. This is the best thing happen in our life. Its a treasure memory in our life. The staffs are friendly and willing to step out of their scope to help you out. its an amazing trip!

Review 17：Only downside were some guests. The table manners often distract from being able to enjoy a pleasant meal, with the noise of food being consumed whilst constantly on their smartphones. We saw a guest swipe their phone with their nose as their hands were full of food, usually vanilla cake served with chicken, profiteroles with steak or lobster with a fruit salad. These guests would also have little respect for others in the pool areas, shouting loudly to take more selfies or photos, and having little respect to banging of bedroom doors at all hours. A 5 star environment could be spoilt by the heavy influx and demographic of the visitors.

Review 18：Everything in general, room was ideal, nicely located between all amenities. Beach and activities were excellent with daily snorkeling and wind surfing. Food was tasty and moderately varied. Weather was perfect, bars were entertaining, transfers were seamless. Comparing to Moofushi, on a par, I would take Moofushi if the same price but if Lily Beach was cheaper then there isn't a great deal of difference.

Review 22：We experienced amazing service from all staff, in particular Joseph (Aqva Bar) and Abdul (Lily Maa). There care and attention left a lasting impression and made the holiday even more enjoyable. The restaurants and bars have excellent Wine and Cocktail selections. Snorkelling around the island is a treat with crystal clear warm water and abundant fish. Spotted a sea turtle and a few baby reef sharks too whilst swimming from the beach!

Review 24：1.The island was in tip top condition !!! From bathroom jacuzzi to air conditioning to wi fi and sail and snorkelling equipment.. So very pleasant experience 2. Staff were friendly and helpful and charming especially anna, jaleel , Leo and berty and Ali .jaleel even waved us goodbye from the restaurant when we were leaving the island in the boat, we were so touched.jaleel always surprised us with new drinks every night , we will miss the staff. 3, the inhouse reef was wonderful and the water sports staff were very helpful in taking beautiful pictures for us.the free non motorised sports equipment made it really convenient for us to try out every non motorised water sport without paying.. 4, room was beautiful and comfortable and free bottles of wine and mini bar and snacks free is an added plus to this resort. 5, the fish feeding very night allowed us to see 30 sharks all in one place together with stingrays and tuna fish and moray eels without searching for them in the sea, 6, the tamarind restaurant was exquisite and food really delicious, 7, food in main restaurant lily maa had great variety of food and fruit was really plentiful and diverted. Loved it, 8,2 free excursions were also a bonus. 9. Airport handling staff was very helpful,

Review 26：My husband and I have just spent 6 truely glorious days at this resort. I can only describe it as paradise! The resort go out of their way to meet your going above above and beyond. The most amazingly friendly & helpful staff, fantastic food & selection of beverages. The location is stunning and because it is on its on reef the snorkelling and diving is excititeWe were so impressed that we have booked to return next year with our 14 year old daughter already.

Review 27：The concept "the client is always right" don't fit inthe administration of the resort. We are a couple on a honeymoon, butfor some reason (far away from our responsibility) the resort have aextra person on the list, so they want to charge us some money thatdoesn't correspond in the worst possible way. We spend one day toput this clear, and is a shame we have to stay uncomfortable with thiskind of situatuions. If a tell you: "we are just two", takenote, be quiet and take erase and pencil. Was so unfair the attitudeof all the staff (noon, evening and morning next day) because havedoubted us. Even they told me "you made a double reservation(What???) so, pay" Come on guys, this is a tourist service.Please be nice next time.All the rest was terrific, excellent service in all areas. If you want to feel being in China without going, half of the population of China was on the resort the time we stayed. :)

Review 35：Negatives are very few, I did / do have one that I expect themanagement to work on: The quiet zone needs to be quiet!!! It needs tobe enforced by the staff. One of the main reasons we chose this hotelwas because it had a quiet zone. Lot's of aisan tourists don'tspeak English, so they may not understand it's a quiet zone. Itneeds to be written out in languages and the staff need to draw theattention of anyone being noisy to keep it down. It's annoying. Inall of our stay there we went and saw the sunset from the quiet zoneevery night, and only once was it actually truly quiet, with no drunkpeople screaming at their kids, or or people elling instructions to takephotos, or somone elderly learning to swim and nearly drowningi n thepool with all the noise that goes along with that.Also the Maldives are rather pricey, and this ++ concept (meaining 10% service charge +12% government tax) is annoying. Just write out the full price.

Review 36：This hotel is amazing. Let me say, that first and foremost. Where tobegin? The most important thing is probably this: I have never felt likeeveryone working at the hotel I was at worked so hard to make our stayso perfect. Seaplane ride and arrivial is top notch. Room was perfect.Beach was beyond anything you can imagine, the reef sharks are probablythe cutest things you've ever seen in the water. Protip: go on thesand bank picnic. It's expensive, but you'll never ever everforget it, it's a memory that lasts a lifetime. I want to thank ourwaiter Musthafa, Anette and Francesco the Italian chef who went out ofhis way to make us stuff that wasn't even being served on a givennight. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. WiFi wasgreat. Buffet great, drinks are great, spa and massages are awesome. Thestaff, the staff, the staff, the staff. Also: I left something at thehotel that's important to me, and they said they would fedex it tome. Very helpful bunch. Hope to return later this year (in Novemberperhaps), probably will go back if I can get my hands on beach villa167, which is probably one of the best hotel rooms in the worl d;)Also: tip the staff, they don't expect it, but they SO SO appreciate it!

Review 37：Horrific transfer to and from the property - long delays and poor organization, but I guess that's the fault of TMA.

Review 44：Service was not good, especially the gym is supposed to use 24H, however, around 8 p.m they started to turn off air-con, lights, which made us very uncomfortable. Also other detail aspects, I felt service is not worth 5 star.

Review 45：The food is tasty and view of water villa is fantastic. It is one of the best island suitable for snorkeling and scuba diving.

Review 46：-there are no designated smoking areas. Thus, it was not uncommon to smell smoke while laying by the pool or even eating breakfast in the restaurant. I would recommend they look into giving designated smoking areas away from food, children, and pregnant women. -the excursion reservation desk system seems quite archaic. There are only three hours a day you can make arrangements. It takes the staff 5-10 minutes to make one booking because they fill out your info first in a book, then on a ticket (which no one ever collects) and then for some on a third sheet (if it's paid). Thus, it is possible to wait 30 min just to sit and talk to the reservation desk. Quite a waste of time. They should have a computer program where they add your room number and done. It would be fast and efficient. Also we arrived thurs pm and were not told that the tours fill up. So we were unable to do the turtle tour as the next one was after we left. Try to make your arrangements right away.

Review 47：-Gorgeous hotel-inside and out. -Staff is very attentive and helpful. -Snorkeling around the hotel is gorgeous. Just walking around the hotel and looking into the water we saw eagle Rays, black tip reef sharks, white tip reef sharks, and lots of tropical fish. -variety of food options. Food is very tasty. -fun options for water sports. (All non motorized activities are free--paddle boats, kayaks, windsurfing, paddle boarding.) -being in the south ari atoll allows you access to see manta rays and whale sharks-but it is still about 30-60 minutes by boat to see them. The hotel offers an ocean adventure trip ($160) for 3 hours to look for them and snorkel. We went twice and both times saw manta rays and one time saw a whale shark.

Review 48：The Lily Maa restaurant was the only one worth eating in. The others were serving rather average meals, and on one occasion we even received uncooked meatballs which was a surprise!

Review 50：A lot of Chinese families with small children that scream around the island starting from 6 am (was August). Atomization of insecticides ones a day, strong odor and probably unhealthy, but that keeps bugs away in subtropics. Remember you are in Islamic country...

Review 51：Water villa is what you have to book in this hotel as beach villas have less privacy (situated too tight to each other). Manager Ismail is a treasure of this island that made our stay, if any issues-find him :). We liked the thematic buffet dinners with selection of fish and fresh meet, french cheese and sushi. Wine list is long and good, though the wine should be served colder. Nature on island and reef is pulsating with life, the magic experience-this is what you come here for not the facilities, which are fine too.

Review 52：The resort is too far from Male and they say it's only 25 minutes away while it's 50 minutes away and the sea plane has a drop of other resorts on the way to lily beach. Their good restaurant is always full and we only dined there once. There buffet is not good while the other good restaurant was perfect but always full and needs a reservation 2 days prior. I can keep going..

Review 53：There must be no many places better than this hotel for enjoying snorkeling. You can see a lot of sea life (coral and a large variety of exotic fishes) only at 10 meters from the beach. It's really wonderful.

Review 54：There's not much I didn't like.....sometimes the buggy that picks you up from the water villas didn't turn up and another phone call was required, but that is about it!

Review 55：Let's be clear about this.....Lily Beach is not the cheapest of holiday destinations, but you do get what you pay for. The grounds and accommodation are immaculate and very modern, the food is of amazing quality and the staff cannot do enough to please you. Ever part of this island is paradise and you can lose yourself for hours snorkeling, seeing the most incredible marine life. I would go again if I had the money available.
