Review 1：This is an absolutely great hotel. They advertise by saying that they go the extra mile, and indeed they do. We can't wait to go back there. Just to give an example of the owners generosity,they offer their guests traveling by car the opportunity to make themselves a sandwich at breakfast to take along. They even provide the lunch bag and the paper napkin, all free of charge. In our opinion they deserve a 10

Review 4：The room was very nice and clean. With a big balcony and perfect mountain view, where you can have a after-ski bear in the sun. Lot of relaxing spa and swimming pools. And both breakfast + dinner was absolute first class!

Review 15：This was my second stay in this first class hotel, which offers best food, spa facilities and personal services for guests unrivalled among all the hotels in the picturesque Gastein Valley. My family and I were particularly touched by the kindness and warm hospitality of Mr. and Mrs. Wendler, the owners of the hotel, who went out of their way to meet the demands of the hotel guests making sure that every guest has a pleasant stay in their hotel. I'm a frequent traveller and have stayed in almost all the first class hotels in the world, but Hotel Bismarck is one of the few best hotels that stand out way beyond the rest, not only because of its well known spa and thermal facilities and its exquisite fine menus every day, but also because of the committed personal services the hotel staff, especially the owner family, provide for every guests. I was especially impressed and moved by the fact that Mr. and Mrs. Wendler as well as Mr. Wendler the senior make it a point to greet each and every staying guest at dinner tables almost every day, making everyone feel warmly welcome and at home like a big family. This is definitely the hotel I will come back to stay and the one that I will no doubt recommend strongly to anyone who might visit Gastein Valley in Austria. Many thanks to the Family Wendler for making my stay in your hotel such an unforgetable one !!!

Review 16：Highly comfortable room, very clean, excellent services. The cuisine is exquisite and you would not want to waste any piece of this refined culinary show. The owners are very nice and helpful people, always paying attention to you and making you feel like a special guest there. The spa areas are nice,warm water in the pools, adequate facilities (saunas, jacuzzi) and the dedicated spa services are great (plan in advance your massage when you want to ski as well). The staff was nice and there is no wonder since the owners are such models for them. Children are really welcome, they have their own playing room and their dedicated spa area. A place we highly recommend and we will surely come back there.
