Review 1：When making the checking they charge a depossit of 30 eur to the credit card. They dont return it yet, a week after the check-out. Why charge a deposit when you pay with credit card and they dont have restaurant and the bar in the room is enty?

Review 3：The front office staff were very good and this is the best part of my stay. The check in was fast and I was quite impressed with the polite approach. Both the lady and man have to be complimented.

Review 10：This was my first stay at a Tryp Hotel by Wyndham Group and comparing the property to other reputed international chains like Marriott, Hilton, Radisson and Accor, Tryp needs major refinement in its standards, everything appeared very basic as a 4 Star category.

Review 28：Sauna and gym were closed for renovations. This was a key reason for choosing the hotel so I was disappointed. Foyer likes to think it is a bar but its more like a waiting room. Not somewhere I would sit and have a drink.

Review 30：There were no Internet connection at all. The hotel price is too high for what they offer. The main reason I got really upset, was, We were on business tryp, and needed to work late hours and to be connected. No chance. We have vasted our time, trying to connect and to work. The hotel is too expensive and do not have mane facilities for the business people. I would not recomend this at all. The worst one, and the most expensive for this category.

Review 31：Noise: rooms are not soundproofed so can hear the trains as it is next to a major train line and can hear people in other rooms. Had really bad sleep. Modern rooms shown on website but not all rooms are renovated so there are some old ones.

Review 35：Booking.com labeled the hotel as a 4 star in which does not deserve it. They have no air-condition and the rooms are very hot. Could not sleep what so ever. The location is not very ideal too. Located near a train station and in a bad intersection and loud gathering. The wifi was also a disadvantage and had no access most of the time. Learnt the following day when i checked out that the hotel has an air-condition rooms in the first floor but was not offered to stay there. The receptionist then told me that her male colleague who checked me in the day before said that i am canceling my second day of stay because i did not want to move. Even though we had to move from room 502 to 518 to be closer to the internet hub. I did not like the idea that the receptionist accused me that i did not want to change not that he did not even offer the air-conditioned room.

Review 94：Gym was poor and hot. Room was an oven, no AC and the hotel has no queen or king beds. The business room was located just in front of the railway station, so not quite at all.

Review 98：Only a single, very small and slow elevator, which I imagine if you needed to use during the peak hours of the morning would damper your experience. My advice: Leave earlier in the morning to avoid the elevator rush, or pack lighter so you can use the stairs!!

Review 99：Friendly staff at check-in. Nice room on the 6th floor (603). Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Wifi signal was strong, and free for all three of my devices. Real hangers (not the anti-theft type), a free bottle of sparkling water a nice touch. Great sauna and clean exercise equipment. All-in-all, a great place to stay, IMO.

Review 100：Still, the boiler had a low capacitance. Have to wait for 2 hours tofill the bad again with hot water for my partner. Very dry air in theroom. Noisy when you open the window. The big difference in pricesduring the fair and the dates out of the fair,ridiculous!!! Breakfastarea is always very stuffy. Espresso not available.Ridiculous smallshower. Almost impossible to move. We will never overnight there again.

Review 102：Very slow and painful internet!! Reading lamp was not working. Only 3 channels on TV, 2 of them in German. Boiler with hot water meant running out of water at inconvenient times, for 1 day there was no hot water because cleaners switched it off. One day our room was not cleaned at all.

Review 104：I stayed in frankfurt over night due to snow fall closing the airport.Because of this the hotels in the local area were fully booked or beingbooked at a fast rate. I had to pay 600 euros for the 1 bedroom roomwhich I could nearly touch either side of the room with streched arms.The toilet was so small you couldnt fit your wash hand basin in it. 600euros is an absolute disgrace to charge people and is an obvious way totry and take advantage of poeple. When I was sitting at the bar (if youcan call it that) the phone was ringing and the price of the remainingrooms were fluctuating by 50 euros per call....this is a total disgraceand a terrible way to treat clients. As I am a Manager with the companyI work for and directly deal with my engineers accomodation whiletraveling I will never book another room at Best western and I will beadvising my other colleagues (globaly) to do the same. I have checkedsince my stay and I can get a room for 79 euros so I would like anexplanation why you have taken advantage of people in this way?Also.....the breakfast was an extra 15-20 euros............You just made me pay 600!!

Review 105：The service does not match to Best Western Standards at all. There wasNo Ice Machine, I means, getting ice cubes for a drink was a night mere.And House Keeping was really Pathetic. I had ask the Reception to get astained bed linen changed the next day when house keeping was notcourteous enough to do it on their own.

Review 114：The decor of the rooms is a little basic and sparse. The water boiler isfitted on the wall and it's not encased in any cabinet or hidden at all,and the wardrobe is an open one, no doors or anything. Some people mayfind it quirky and contemporary, but it's not for everybody. There areno products in the bathroom, only soap dispensers. Breakfast is to payfor, and it's nothing special, there is no fresh fruit at all.

Review 115：The location: it's only one stop from Frankfurt Messe. Rooms are cleanand functional. Wireless is free and works well.

In the morning rush hours most guests had to take the stairs as the lifts were occupied by the cleaning crew and their trolleys. Breakfast buffet is extremely limited. No fresh fruits available. Rooms do not have airconditioning. There is no restaurant in the hotel other than the breakfast room.

Review 129：Proximity to fairground and friendly staff. The business suite was very spacious and comfortable.

Review 130：My room window on the fifth floor openned on the railway and there was no aircondition in the room. Although the room was not noisy in case of closed window the missing air condition caused an unconfortable higher temerature during night. Open windows were not a solution because of the extremly high noise of the trains.
