Review 1：Very old furnature and carpets and bed smell. There is no iron table and slippers provided in the rooms. when requested we got a table without cloth. The resturant is too congested ant takes a while to get a cup of coffee.

Review 3：route to hotel was too bad, no proper asphalt and no signage to hotel as well. no basement parking. not having control on swimming pool water temperature, was too cold. and the funny thing is they only allow 1 towel per family and asked to bring the towel from the room.

Review 23：staff did not grasp of the time schedule of swimming pool. For the first time, front desk staff told me that it will be available from 9AM, however,moring time is for lady so I was denied to use. I payed extra money to check in from morning but that was in vain!

Review 26：No hot water for 2 days. When we arrived had to take our own luggage. Room not cleaned only arrive 21h00 and dirty plate that we ordered food not collected in 2 days

Review 27：The free parking consisted of parking in the sand infant of the hotel. The room we booked was not available until after persisting with the check in staff, then the key were given didn't work. The bathroom was gloomy and in need of renovation. The cold shower didn't help matters. The carpet had stains and the room was generally a little rough around the edges. The "Sea View" was mostly hidden by the dirt on the windows. On check out we were asked to wait until our room had been inspected, this made us feel a little like suspect criminals until the room was given the all clear.

Review 38：Many, Treatment of some staff on front desk was not appropriate. I asked for extension, they kept me till the last minute with almost double price. When I asked for more extension they told me rooms are not available but you can have one by 500 AED.. So it all about taking more money not because room is not avaliabe. I had bad experience with Internet , every time I need to use it I have to put the password and username. Not really practical. The breakfast is horrible, food cold, wasting money really.

The main reason for the stay is for the kids to enjoy the pool, but while checking in they told that pool will not available for a week. They should have advised earlier. And no options given to alleviate your frustration. Just a simple question.... do you want to cancel the booking???????

Review 52：Bad odour upon entering the room was unwelcome and cleanliness especially in toilet could have been better managed. The swimming pool was a bad experience due to poor maintenance & safety measures (no life guards available, I got bruises due to poor tiling joints & sharp edges especially on the wall between the child and adult pool, a few nails were popping out around the fixtures, water seemed not clean enough, bathing shower near the pool was leaking and rusted, I was asked to bring towel from room even when there was no one else in the pool). The room service (for tooth paste, brush) took more than half an hour possibly due to full occupancy. No valet parking facility. Most front-office & support staff members need training to smile, be more friendly & concerned about customer satisfaction quality.

Review 53：Location was nice with no traffic, ample parking (not covered though) and excellent Qasba canal & sea views. Breakfast was good with both Arabic and Non-Arabic offerings and live egg cooking. Check-in and check-out process was quick and appreciate Ms. Reena & Ms. Dayana who were very professional and friendly.

Review 54：Health Club closed at 6:000pm, second day they start 1:00pm but didnt tell us that day time will be for ladies only. Swimming pool not conditioned, water was not clean enough and had high level of Chlorine. bathroom roof water leakage, when I request to change the towels at evening because its not enough for four persons they reply its allowed on the morning only

So they tried to fix that but it started leaking the next day, so they gave me another room. Surprisingly, the roof also leaks in the new room. *The worst about this experience is room service.. They don't change the towels, just rearrange them. Also they don't change the bed sheets unless you've asked for. They do not clean the room at all (even the toilet), they only fix the bed and arrange the towels. You may leave the room in the afternoon and come back at night and find that they still didn't make up your room! *When we checked out of the hotel, they didn't help us to put the luggage in the car.

Review 65：Smoking smell is every where. Corridors AC to be switched on in order to evacuate the smell. When ever the magnetic key is removed the AC will stop and room will be very hot.

Review 84：On our third day.I bought a brand new bike and brought it to the hotel.there is a bell boy who told me that Im not allowed the bring the bike in our room?I asked him for what reason?No answer.then there's a Hotel supervisor or manager ask me if I can park the bike in the basement!I dont know if he is joking or not.Just so you know the bike is not just an ordinary bike where you can just left it unattented.Hint?it's equivalent of a 1 month salary 10 reception staff..

Review 101：The location is out of Dubai and can take up to 3hrs to get there during rush hour. Not ideal after a long flight, taxi drivers are not keen to take you there during this period. Also even though it is a 4* hotel there is no shuttle available. The room itself was fine but an ice cold shower was more than a disappointment. The staff were rude and never once made us feel welcome. I would never use names but the woman behind the desk in the morning should really change jobs if she doesn't like her current one.

Review 108：The view was amazing, the staff friendly and eager to satisfy, the location convenient, the breakfast good. My room had a refrigerator vs minibar which I appreciated. I am, in fact, puzzled by the negative reviews some folks submitted. Perhaps if you come from NYC or Tokyo and are used to international 5 star accommodation you will not get exactly what you expect, as the arrangements here are not as seamless, but I found they added a charming local flavour and everyone went out of their way to make my stay delightful. They gave me one king bed instead of the 2 doubles booking.com had me down for and when that resulted in a slightly less ideal view than I expected, they upgraded me to a deluxe seaview room the next day. When room service forgot the ice I requested with my diet pepsi, the young man returned with ice and a new bill that gave me a 20% discount to make up for the tiny inconvenience. And, contrary to what some tourist guide advised, no one expected a tip--room service bills did not even have a line for adding a tip (as was the case in restaurants).

Review 111：I thought the items in the mini-bar were a bit expensive. I will suggest the price should be reviewed. I complained about the mini fridge which was not cooling. It was replaced but the replacement was also not cooling even after checking the regulator. The swimming pool wasn't that big. It was between 1.6 to 1.8m deep. I wish it had varied more say from 1m to 2m.

Review 112：The room was comfortable and spacious. I was able to check in early than the regular check-in period but paid a little fee of AED 100. The staff were friendly right from the receptionist (a particular lady was so nice....can't remember her name) to the house keepers. They called regularly to make everything was ok. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very quick response from the restaurant after I made my order. I will recommend this hotel and look forward to spending some more time there....
