Review 1：It's the little things that count when you spend every night in a different hotel. By the time I had pulled up in the car park and got my luggage ready, the lady and her son were at the front door ready to greet me. Nice touch. The place is huge and the rooms are delightful.

Review 2：We first made the above booking on 28.5.15. We booked a quadruple room, although we only anticipated there would be two of us, as that was the only availability. On Friday 28th August we changed the booking to three people and received a confirmation from yourselves showing the same overall cost (€152). On arrival at the Pension we were asked for the €152 and duly handed over the cash. Our quadruple room in fact contained three beds. We went out for a meal and on our return were asked in no uncertain terms for a further €76. We pointed out that our amended booking form showed the original sum of €152. The Pension keeper's attitude became somewhat unpleasant, so to keep the peace handed over the additional cash, although we were not particularly happy about the situation. Later that evening she refunded us €20. Were were given two keys, that to the room was on a fob and the external door key was not, in fact I put this on my own key ring for fear of losing it. When we vacated the Pension keeper became very agitated to the point of rudeness and demanded the return of the external door fob. We could not accommodate this request having not been given it in the first place! She then went as far to suggest that we should pay her for the 'loss of the fob'...........for obvious reasons we declined. Just as we were about to drive away she emerged from the front door with the fob. Whilst we were not expecting the accommodation to be wonderful, it was not up the standard we might of have anticipated when using Booking.com.

Review 4：The hotel owners were very nice and helpful. It was also really nice to have a fully equipped kitchen to make our own breakfast etc. Ideal location for us: quiet, but close to Mayen.
