Review 1：We were treated very rudely by the lady at the reception. At the reservation on Booking.com I indicated that we would be arriving at 21:00 hours, although their latest check-in time was 19:00 hours. I sent a message to ask if this was ok, and didn't get response. So arriving there at 21:00, the reception was dark and abandoned, no note was left, no phone nr to be called, so I checked the booking confirmation and called te number. No answer, but a text message giving another phone nr, asking to call the colleague. The lady who answered the phone came reluctantly, and when she arrived scolded me that I was late, because opening hours were until 7. When I mentioned I indicated my arrival time in Booking.com she responded that she didn't care about Booking.com (!?). Then she wanted to charge 30% extra because we were staying only 1 night, which is ridiculous according to me. I called booking.com and they confirmed that this is not allowed. They would call back the lady in German to discuss it with her, but while waiting for that call she got impatient and ordered us to leave. She said we either pay now the 30% higher price or we can just leave, there are probably still hotels open she said. When we refused to leave because we have a valid reservation she called the police. Meanwhile booking.com called back with a German speaker, and she refused to speak German, saying she speaks only Czech, even though we were speaking in German all along! After a while she started speaking, but even though someone from Booking.com was telling her that what she wants to do is not legal, she didn't care. Meanwhile the police arrived and we were beginning to get pretty frightened, considering we are in a country where we don't speak the language. Fortunately the police did speak some English and we were able to explain the situation. After 15 mins talking to the police, we were allowed to pay the amount stated in the confirmation, but not in Euro, but Czech krona.

Review 5：The shower in apartment C4 was not very well made, water was flowing all over the floor. Internet did only work in the corridor, not inside the apartment.
