Review 1：Seeing as there was no elevator, it would have been nice if the receptionist had helped me with one of my 3 heavy bags.... but given that I had arrived over an hour late, I guess I can't blame him for the less than warm welcome. That said, the rest of the staff was nothing but gracious and accomodating.
Review 2：Had booked a single room, but was upgraded to a huge, comfortable double room, at no extra cost. Pillows were sublime. The water pressure was the strongest I've ever encountered..... Furthermore, the extensive buffet breakfast was a delightful, delicious surprise, and served in a very classy, elegant setting, no less. I thouroughly enjoyed my stay at Alten Fritz
