Review 1：Consider no internet. It was enormously slow (manager was saying it is because of many people, but I doubt that). Wifi was connecting ONLY near the exit door, although router was in the corridor, and this does not depend on number of people. Kitchen was half equipped (no teapot, for instance, and many other useful things), pans were dirty!!! Kitchen is the primary thing people look for when renting an apartment, it should have all necessary stuff! Bedroom window was looking at the outside big balcony with emergency stairs! Like anybody literally could walk up and just push your window to get into the room! Bed was really small for two people, that room should be considered for single person. Reception working only before 11:00am and 3:00pm-5:00pm. You should plan carefully otherwise you lose whole day like we did, just because of this. Early or late check-in is not possible. Cleaning and towel change just once a week (we didn't experience it). Aparthotel is really big, it is hard to imagine we got worst room. Those are all small things but they make a whole impression.

Review 2：Apartment was big (especially compared with hotel rooms). Bus station in 20 meters.

Review 3：Kitchen is not equipped at all: only very basic stuff is present: several plates, cups and pots. It looks quite outdated. No dishwasher, no washing machine. Wifi: we managed to connect only one device, the rest of devices were unable to connect

Review 4：The apartment is clean and spacious, location is great: on the main street in Encamp, near Funibus stop. Parking is challenging, 5 min walking from the hotel there is a public parking which is quite cheap

Review 5：Double bed was in fact made out of two single ones which wasn't ideal but other then that can't complain.

Review 6：Great value for money. We had a car so the access to anywhere in Andorra was very easy but there was a bus stop close by providing convenient means of getting to any Andorran skiing resorts. Apartment was very basic no frills but it had anything you might need.

Review 7：The floor was not cleaned when cleaning, change of towels only once in 2 days.

Review 8：Excellent location: the bus stop to Funicamp near the exit of the hotel, 100 meters supermarket. The room package with cleaning agents, all necessary things for coffee / tea and food is present. Elevator.

Review 9：On Saturday and Sunday was imposible to get WiFi. Parking on the street is limited.

Review 13：We rent an apartment, not a room in a hotel... we expect to manage the apartment as we like, in number of persons, even if one day one person visit us and could sleep on the floor. We had to pay extra money for it (15€ p night) and without conditions for asking for this extra money.

Review 19：The staff team and Owner are really nice and helpful in all situations. Location is great close to the stores and supermarket. The distance to the lifts is a bit far to walk but there is a bus going around every 15mins u don't waste any significant time to reach them. All apartment is full equipped. Review 20：In the kitchen, no microwave and kettle - boil water in a saucepan. It's not scary, just a little longer). We were not lucky with the bed. It can only sit and go gently. No sudden movements! So almost always slept on the couch! Wi-fi - one password to number. It was impossible to connect two computers directly to the internet.

Review 21：We lived in the apartment for 10 days. Hostess, Sylvia, very friendly and sweet. The apartment is spacious, is where to put the skis and snowboard; was a big closet for coats and shoes. Everything is clean, repair is done, but all the furniture is very old. Apart from the bed in the living room was a good sleeper sofa. The apartment is not removed, but there are for cleaning (sponges, rags, cleaners) and laundry (washing machine). Towels and linen changed every 3 days. Internet worked well. From the windows was seen Funicamp. Bus stop a minute away. Every 10 minutes there is Funibus - this is his first stop, so there is always a place. Bakery 5 minutes walk open from 7:30 am to go to a good supermarket 7 minutes. There's also an awesome car museum, and through the park within easy walking distance of Encamp Sports Centre (where swimming pool, gym and sauna good).

Review 22：Everything was great, some minor notes, not critical though: wifi was OK in general, but sometimes don't work from most of apartment (only near door) Kitchenette is good and working but very basic and outdated little bit - no even salt, paper, like that Linen and towels were not changed during our stay, although we were notified that service is included

Review 27：Each bedroom had a balcony, the living area and kitchen were very well appointed. The bathroom, although a little dated, was extremely clean. There was plenty of storage in our family room, and the underground parking was a definite plus. The location seemed to be great, although we only stayed one night.

Review 28：Aparthotel L'Orri was really fantastic--clean, well-located, andincredibly reasonably priced. But the best part by far was the concierge(and, I think, owner) Silvia, who was an absolute angel. When the routeswe had chosen for two days of hiking were snowed in, Silvia calledmultiple family members to ask them their opinions on alternate routesand even arranged a free tour as part of one day's hike. She also helpedwith bus arrangements. I've never stayed anywhere with such a friendlyand involved staff member.
