Review 1：The hotel is near the train station , which made it easy to find. It's on a main street , but is quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast room is pleasant. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel , I have no complaints.

Review 2：Only the location seemed to be a bit grungy due to its closeness to the train station, but we were able to access the city centre within a 20 minute walk.

Review 3：The looks of the building on the inside and outside were a drastic contrast to the surrounding area. It was a pleasant surprise to be greeted in a modern looking hotel with a friendly staff. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Also just across the street is a tram stop. The rooms were clean, and had a safe.

Review 4：I had a question before my arrival that I stated via the booking form here on booking.com, but did not get any reply from the hotel. However, I simply called a few days later and got friendly and uncomplicated help.

Review 5：It was no problem to request an early arrival (+ 1 h) and a late departure (+ 2 h), with no extra cost. The prices of the items in the room fridge seemed quite fair.

Review 6：Pillows. You can find in Real / Matrazen Concord better pillows as softness!

Review 8：Telephone never worked. There was no line and even I asked to be repaired, nobody did it. They should knock on the door every morning.

Review 10：The vent in the bathroom did not work and so my mirror steamed up quickly and made the room smell a bit stale. An open window for a little bit solved the staleness problem.

Review 11：The staff were very nice and helpful and when the staff cleaned the room I could tell that they had taken the time to clean the space thoroughly. The room was spacious for a single and had a nice large desk. The internet was very fast and reliable. In the states you'd have to pay at least twice the amount for the same quality of room.

Review 58：Unfortunately someboady set the fire alarm off at 4am. We all rushed down stairs only to find there was no fire exit and main entrance door was locked!!! Luckliy we had out key to let everyone out. There was no night porter we were comlpetely on our own, the alarm was not linked to the police or fire station. There was a number to call on the front door, but the person answering could not speak English. We all stood outside for 20 mins before someone arrived who didn't seem to think it was an issue that we were all locked in, luckily it was a real fire but is could have been very serious.
