Review 1：On arriving the staff made us so welcome even though we had a language barrier. Recommended restaurant which was perfect. Rooms were great and breakfast superb

Review 2：The room was very spacious and nice. The breakfast buffet also very good, satisfying people preferring sweetish or salty breakfast. The check-in hours are a bit tight, but the personal is helpful and nice (you have to speak at least a bit of German).

Review 3：It's a nice place with very friendly and helpful staff. There's a bit of a hill to get up if you're walking, but not too much of a problem. The wifi was excellent.

Review 4：It's a pension, not a hotel, so don't expect your bed made and your towels changed everyday. I personnaly prefer it this way.

Review 5：There are only 4 rooms, so if one is available now, you should book it right away. You won't regret it. It's a very good deal ! The pension is located near a bus station (hl. nadrazi). From there, you can take the bus in direction to Hrensko. It will drive you in the national park. The bus tickets are extremely affordable. The room was perfectly clean. Breakfast was generous and diversified. Wi-Fi has a limited range, but it works. If you arrive let's say around noon, and it's too late for you to go to the national park, you can still hike the trails on the top of the mountain behind the pension (around 20 km). And you can get a haircut for a fair price. ;-)

Review 9：Almost like a private home.A very nice breakfast. Coffee and tea available all the time. Clean, quiet good shower. A very pleasant and helpful staff

Review 10：The staff spoke only a little German and very little English, so communicating with them without knowing Czech was a bit cumbersome. Communication was never a major issue as it only made it difficult to ask for recommendations and advice.

Review 11：Staff were very friendly and quick to assist with what they could. The breakfast was sufficient and the rooms are comfortable. Penzion Andy is a very short walk from the train station and our room had beautiful views of the city and surrounding countryside.
