Review 1：Breakfast is very low quality with basic selection and service. Same place and decoration for breakfast and dinner. Entrance to dining room via smoking room. Bathroom 80s style.

Review 3：There's no WIFI in the room, working only in tle lobby (doesn't in restaurant!). Breakfast might be better, cheese and ham very substandard, terrible instant coffee.

Review 7：No internet in rooms, only a WiFi in the lobby and reception area. This is an issue if you travel for business. Lack of power outlets in the room. None close to the desk or night table to charge your cellphone or laptop.

Review 8：Great location-on the top of the hill, right next to the castle which guarantees great views even if you didn't come for sightseeing. Tastefuly decorated rooms with matching antique furniture and details like chandelliers or water faucets. Gym and spa included in the room price.

Review 9：Low celling was little uncomfortable and gave claustrophobic feelings. Wellness could use some decorations, relaxation music because it feels so sterile and not really relaxation. Also tables could be cleaner during breakfast, some had food stains.

Review 18：It was a slow Monday and only 2 rooms are booked so it was very empty. All the facilities except lobby are not open. Since we didn't get a discount, it is very unprofessional to close down everything just because there aren't enough guest. We were also forced to eat breakfast in the room where the TV turned on by itself.

HUGE gym and decent pool and sauna facilities, ping pong, kids area, breathtaking views from the rooms, easy access to Ceske Budejovice, a plethora of things to do in the local vicinity like ice skating golf swimming boating bowling movies, nice breakfast, cool hang out area....

Review 28：We really liked everything about the hotel. I should mention there was no Internet access in the rooms, only the lobby, but that wasn't very important to our needs.

Review 29：Really lovely hotel with HUGE, interesting rooms. They were very kind to our little dog allowing him full access to the hotel, lounge and restaurant. Even though we were the only two having a drink in the large lounge, without asking her to do it, a staff person immediately built a huge ripping fire in the fireplace for us. It was spectacular. Great view from our room. Nice grounds. Nice spread at breakfast as well.

Review 30：Staff should learn better English or German. Apart from the receptionists, it was hard to talk to anyone. There was no elevator to our floor (they were not able to fit one, as it is an old building) - but the bell-boy was very helpful in carrying some of our stuff (when you are with kids, you will not have enough hands...)

Review 31：Very classy, you feel as if you were arriving in a castle. At the same time, quite down to earth, fairly reasonable pricing, good food, polite, not pushy staff.

Review 32：Wooden surface in the room corridor scraping, in the recommended hotel restaurant soup was prepared during less than 4 minutes and Risotto during 12 minutes ! Taste and speed confirmed it had to be semifinished or frozen.

The staff was veryfriendly and accommodating. I spent wonderful time seeing a fantasticart exhibition in the castle (Frantisek Muzika).
