Review 1：Room really tiny. Not even a kettle with some teas in the room.

Review 2：Great location (close to the amusement park), nice & clean. Breakfast was lovely - had amazing selection of breads & buns.

Review 3：The receptionist when we are arrived are not very friendly. Room are not yet done to think we arrived 15hr00 already. Cleaning the room is poor. There is no soundproof so we all hear the noises from other rooms. We stayed on the 1st floor we hear everything from the banging of the doors, running/ playing children from the neighboring rooms both side and upstairs.

Review 6：Breakfast was continental with beacon and scrambled eggs added. The beds were the most comfortable we have found in years of travel. Resturant staff was friendly and helpful. We felt like we were part of the family.

Review 7：I liked this hotel and for 3* as it is classified , is good. The pricetag though even for west Europe is high for a 3* hotel, but this isdriven because of Europa park proximity. All the other hotels had asimilar price. Could have a minibar in the room. Other than that we weresatisfied.

Review 9：checking in we had to wait for more than an hour that was not good as we had to check in from 1300 according to the booking but were advice to wait for almost an hour

Review 11：Generally, we had a lovely time (we went with our 7yr old and 2yr old kids): the place is nice and clean, with plenty of towels. There were enough parking spaces at the back of the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant, or if you want to eat somewhere else, there are also a number of options nearby. The hotel is indeed just a few minutes walk to europa park.

Review 12：The staff were all great. Especially the waiter we had every night. Short walk to Europapark, bakery, pharmacy etc Clean, spacious room. Resteraunt was good .

Review 13：Did not contact us about forgotten bathroom products (4 bottles shampoo and other stuff). Cleaning lady ignored the "do not disturb sign" and went in the room. We got wifi codes but on our phones the wifi kept asking for the codes.

The hotel is immaculate, the food and drink excellent and really good value for money. It is normally priced, not vastly inflated as in many tourist destinations in France. The town of Rust is beautiful, everyone seems happy and friendly. Would recommend this hotel and location to anybody.

Review 41：It is located next to Europapark. If you go, park at the hotel; do notbother with the park's parking.The garden, the German beer and the fine food was perfect after a tiring day at Europapark. We went to bed happy campers and slept well.

The restaurant of the hotel was full of other guests (and also the owner's private guests), and although the restaurant was supposed to close at 23.00 the guests stayed there till 01.00 AM and were sooooo loud, we could not sleep (with children). I think it is the duty of hotel staff to support the guests' relax and not on the contrary, disturb them with their private loud.

Breakfast was quite extraordinary fora hotel of this category and we also enjoyed a good dinner of localspecialties. Last but not least, the location of the hotel is ideal...wewalked less from the hotel to the park than from the attraction parking.I definitely recommend this hotel.
