Review 1：I think Switzerland is a very expensive place to stay/visit. To be fair we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel as it didn't have the best ratings when we booked, but were limited for choice.
Review 2：The views from this hotel, the bar and the room itself were very good.
Review 3：Hotel and it's entrance is extremely difficult to find. Very poor Wifi. Hotel and the whole residence was an empty and lonely destination when we stayed there (6-13/7/15). No atmosphere at all. Very dissapointing ... We drove to Sion to have dinner (15km away) ... Probably/hopefully different in winter, but we wouldn't chose Anzère again in summer time.

Review 5：Type of bads (too small for adults !!! and a very poor quality of equipment). Carpets in whole hotel to change ! Nothing matchs to the price we had to pay.

Review 7：Breakfast not amazing - boiled eggs ice cold. No coffee facilities in room. Bedding hospital-like and decor circa 1970 could be updated.
Review 8：Room is large and view of slopes is great. You can get to slopes but not as easy access perhaps as hotels closer to bus stop. Magic carpet fine but involves uphill walk before you can ski down to main lifts.
Review 9：We stayed here last year for a ski race and came back for the location despite the fact last year the hotel's restaurant would not give myself and two sons a place for dinner without previous reservation when it was hardly full and we just wanted pizza! Same thing happened this time! Neither time was mentioned to us and we should have had a table since we were staying there. Cleaning lady never came until almost 4 pm by which time we were done with the race for the day and had already made our beds roc! Day two our ski race started early and were promised breakfast at 6. We waited outside until 6:20 with nobody there and had to leave - we were late to our location and kids super hungry. The staff there needs to be much more organised and coordinate with the restaurant :((( will not return if there is another available option.

Review 25：Concrete jungle, very difficult to find the way in both to the hotel from main roads and once parked within 100 metres of the building as the only ways to enter the building were pedestrian only area or driving through a dark concrete complex of underground roadways and garages without directions. Very little functioning in the pedestrian area.
Review 26：With a resort set up solely for skiing, the few staff for summer visitors were very helpful and friendly, the food good and the room clean.
