Review 1：We left the spa earlier than planned because the staff let a baby in diapers in the pool. We thought the spa experience would be more relaxing and child-free - especially not letting children who aren't potty trained in the one pool.
Review 2：The staff were all so helpful, even though communicating was difficult because my German is not very good. The spa facilities were wonderful and the restaurant was delicious. Amazing breakfast buffet.

Review 5：Management need to put more effort into young staff training. Noinformation for international visitors in any other language. Right on acorner of a very busy arterial road and local railway line immediatelybehind! This is the 4th Romantic Hotel series we have stayed in and thisisn't up to the standards of others.
