Review 1：Not recommended for winter. It was extremely cold during the night even with three blankets. The fridge froze my food. Guess it is a plus in summer.

Review 6：Our room was in front of the main road, it was very noisy and anoying. We booked a non smoking room but when we arrived, the smell was horrible because the previous guests were smoking inside. The furniture is very old, dirty and used. Dishwashing liquid and a scrubber are not provided so you can't really use the kitchen if you don't buy it. We do not recommend it.

Review 8：Stayed there just one night and chose as a stop-over. Spaceous, clean apartment in 60's decor. Nicos was very lovely and very helpful with directions, whereabouts and travel tips. Good for when basic does the job.
Review 9：The husband and wife team were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were both very friendly and chatty. The room was spotlessly clean and although basic was comfortable.

Review 12：Car park horrendous unless you have a jeep When we arrived could not find booking then they calculated that we must leave a day earlier than we had booked for as they got arrival day wrong We had also booked the Mariela next door which we cancelled due to the fact part of the hotel had noisy residents living there permanently the noise from the road was horrid, but you can blame that on noisy Cyprus in general if it is not noisy it is not running

Review 14：Very noisy as it's situated on a cross of roads. Furniture is very old. Every thing there is old and used a lot. Very little room. We do not recommend it. Only if it's for one night.

Review 22：we booked the appartment at june 2015. We went in August 2015 and when I was booking the apartment, they say nothing about extra fees on aircondition. Its 5 euro per night, and its not included in the price of booking. Its very old appartment, not valid for the money they want, but friendly staff.

Review 24：2 weeks before arrival we call if the room has air-conditioning and they said yes.. At checkout they church 10euro extra for air-conditioning. The receipt was 45 euro and the amount that we paid was 79.00 euro with the air-condition. They said as that they make mistake with the receipt but they didn't give us a new one..

Review 32：First of all, what you pay on booking.com is not what you pay at the end. The owner will charge you another 5 euro per night for use of the air conditioner without being disclosed upfront and then blame you for not looking at a fine print that states it which doesn't really exist! booking.com never discloses that you pay another 5 euro per night to use the air conditioner Secondly, the room was dirty, the kitchenware had stains and the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom area also was dirty. I had to bring my own kitchenware and drinking glasses to use instead as well as towers. Thirdly, the owner is not very polite and not very friendly at all. I booked for 2 nights and I had to leave the following day before 12pm due to family issues and the owner refused to refund the second day i never used. He ever hold my money for the air conditioner even though i never used the air conditioner.
Review 33：Our room was right on the the street. Not ideal if you wish to relax and enjoy the fresh air and piece and quite. We would prefer if the owners/cleaners did not enter the room without our permission. We know they wanted to make sure everything was clean and tidy but still some people prefer to keep their privacy. The fridge was broken and the foods we had bought went bad so we had to through everything away. Even if it is cheaper than other places we have stayed around there, still it is not our value for money type of place.

Review 53：Kitchen facilities in the self catering apartment were rather basic. The apartment we had was a bit tired and could do with updating. A little bit of replacement of some well used kitchen equipment and utensils would help and some broken hinges and cupboard door knobs should be replaced. The pool has a small partitioned area for children but the rest of the pool gets deep very quickly and could be tricky for non swimmers.
Review 54：Cheap and convenient and served us well for a two day visit to Latchi. Very friendly. Smallish but clean pool. I liked the very firm bed and the sheets were spotless. In fact everything was very clean.

Review 62：The hotel is in the heart of Polis city. A supermarket is 2 minutes walk from the hotel and open late and Sundays. The nearest beach is about 30 minutes walk but if you've got a car, you can actually really explore around. Do check out Aphrodites beach in latsi. Nicos and Olympia were very agreeable and helpful hosts. Nicos actually stay late for our check in (2am), that was very nice of him. The rooms are clean up regularly and there is plenty of hot water.
