Review 1：Staff was bad the first day (new receptionist), but very nice the next one. We stayed for 2 nights. No info book in the room, didn't know how to reach the reception via phone.

Review 2：The apartment we had was amazing - great view, huge two rooms, big bathroom, so bright!!! Breakfast was very good, the place of the hotel was perfect too (right below the Hluboká chateau). Restaurant for dinner occasions = average.

Review 4：It was an ok stay - nothing bad but nothing special either. As touring Czech republic have seen some much better hotels but also some worse ones. Just convenient on our route.

Review 5：Be aware that there are two hotels having the same name and probably owner. The second hotel is an old hotel that was partly renovated. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, I would rate it at most 3 stars. As booking customer we received the worst room in the second building first floor above a noisy restaurant. Parking was 1/2 mile away from our room. No reception in the second hotel.The room itself was large but depressing. It seems that the second hotel is a remainder from the communist era. The main hotel may be much better but we did not experience it

Review 6：The main building and the adjacent side building are two different hotels! The reception and the breakfast is in the main hotel/building, so as the wellness area! Its not convenient to walk 200m outside when you are wet. Be careful, to use the wellness you have to book it in advance!

Review 9：- wellness area (1 free hour for the hotel guests) and its employee - big rooms with nice bathroom - no problems with a change of room - very comfortable beds - close to the castle - view of the city main square

Review 10：Unfortunately Wifi did not work well - it kept crashing down, and also I would expect much detailed cleanliness in a 4 star hotel (there was some dried insects on the floor etc.).

Review 11：We liked almost everything - the hotel located in historical building (we stayed in 'Knizeci dvur' depandance), the staff was extremely nice and helpful, room was large and quiet with gorgeous view. And I loved the breakfast too. Definitely worth staying here.

Review 12：We stayed in a suite in the "annex", which used to be a separate hotel and occupies the renovated upper floor of an historic building just under the Castle. Great view looking out over the golf course. The room was clean and proper, the breakfast good, and everything a great value.

Review 13：poor restaurant bed is uncomforttable, thin blankets even in winter time (those we had are good for summer) even though are of poor quality no bellboy in 4star hotel ( I do not really under stand how they can get 4 stars )

Review 30：Smell in a swirling pool (it was really dirty), too cold water in pool, no flowing in a pool. It's impossible to swim in this pool - it's tiny. Windows facing another building

Review 32：Staff were not very polite. SPA center was not something special - there were Jacuzzi, Sauna and swimming bath. Our room was in building close to the main, but we had to carry our stuff too much from the car to the room. The lady in the restaurant refused to explain us how to get to the other building, since the explanations of the reception girl were too bad.

Review 36：Be careful when booking. They have another building - Anex - (empty, dark and 200 hundred meter distant from the main one when you have all facilities - including wifi - and where all the photos were made). But it was no problem to move us back to the main one.

Review 37：the cheap small fridge in the room makes WAY TOO MUCH NOISE to allow for good sleep, specially as we were seriously jet-lagged still. The food in the nearby restaurants was mediocre at best.
