Review 1：Had room set up for 2 and not 3 as booked. Very warm in room and struggled with evening menu as all in German ... Thank god for google translate.
Review 2：We were emailed 2 days before arrival and changed the booking the sister hotel resort horizont which seemed a better hotel. Kids loved free pool that was very quite. Wifi good in all areas
Review 3：WiFi only worked in the ground floor reception area, not anywhere else. Breakfast was really busy and there weren't enough tables made up for everyone so we had to sit in the bar area.
