Review 1：Kindess and helpfully staff, hotel near of the free bus transfert to go and ski, near of everything very apreciable. Special price for the spa. Very nice southern view and northen rooms very nice view on the mountain

Review 11：The quality of the kitchen risks ruining the reputation of the hotel. The food is far worse than in a school cafeteria, stay away from it if you can!!!

Review 13：Excellent staff, willing to help on every detail. Location is perfect in the middle of the town, anything you need is only a short walk away (food, ski rental, bus to cable car, spa). We were concerned as previous reviews mentioned noise from the nightclub below, but no problem. We stayed on the 3rd floor, heard very little and slept just fine! Breakfast also offers enough choice (cereal, bread, cheese, meat, criossant, crepe...) Overall an excellent choice for a weekend away!

Review 14：The breakfast could have been better and more variety . Toilet seat was plastic and kept falling down .light bulbs some off. Staff friendly but panicked when it got busy

Review 15：The location was briliant. We had the best view south facing room and view over the snow montains and next to the sledging lift and hill. the cable car 5min away. Everything is close. The price with breakfast was reasnable and the kids stay free under 6s

Review 16：beware of the all night ( till 5 am) disco downstairs in the basement of the hotel. We were on the first floor and it seemed as though the whole building was vibrating with the bass rythymn.

Review 18：Restaurant menu of the hotel was very small and limited, the hotel was fairly full with cyclist for a downhill race but they made no effort to serve at least 1 pasta dish for the weekend.

Review 20：The bath was so rough that it abraded my back! It was shower bottom non-slip which is fine for shower but not for bath. Bar/lounge was shut most of time which meant standing in lobby to use wifi! Whilst I accept it was end of season it wasn't very welcoming to be refused supper booking in evening, when requested in morning, because there weren't enough duck portions! We could have eaten something else!
