Review 1：Slow. Everything is slow: check in, check out, breakfast, lunch...Youneed to wait long for everything and you won´t get any apology. Staff inthe reception is not professional, they are not friendly...Rooms are okbut for a 4stars hotel they must be painted. You won´t feel in a 4starshotel when they allow to come into the restaurant anybody in dirtycycling clothes, there is no dress code, waiters are lost...All thestaff hotel do not know what customer service means. When I asked thatwe are waiting 25 mins since we ordered our lunch, the answer was"maybe you came in the wrong time". Speechless.

Review 2：Quality of meals is brilliant. Their chef is very good and every singlemeal we tried was delicious. Lake location and facilities in the smallbeach are great.

Review 3：There is no light on the balcony. Couldn't sit outside with a book in the evening, all balconies are in darkness.

Review 5：We had booking an upper storey room and we had... a room for handicaped people !!! it seems an hospital room. Above kitchen, noisy with radio and music, and not a view on the lake but... on the stone wall of car park road. People at reception can repeat only "sorry sorry"... Very bad.

Review 6：Hotel is supposed to have 4 stars, although you can't really see it. Staff absolutely demotivated, not interested in guests. Lady at reception did not even notice us until I came right to her and greeted, and even after that she still remain seated and was not so pleasant. Breakfast was completely dissapointing. There are not many options for dinner anywhere around, but please do not go for dinner to hotel restaurant, absolutely no words, just aweful! Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!

Review 8：I just can say that though the weather was not very good it was the best 2 weeks family holiday in my life. Very good value for money for a 4-stars hotel. If we knew before that the hotel is dog-friendly we would surely take our dog with us. Nice clean rooms with a daily room service. Very friendly staff including room service women. And of course you surely need to rent a bicycle to see all the beauty around !!! The lake Lipno, forests. No wonder so many people coming here for a weekend.

Review 11：We paid a lot of money but had no view of the lake - only a grassy bank. Breakfast was shocking - the hot food was empty and when we requested more came out bit by bit so we had to eat each item seperately. Cold food was also lacking - had to request ham etc because there was none on the plate. Had to wait several minutes for a table to be cleared to sit at. Coffee machine didnt work - requested coffee but it never came. Staff pleasant but completely understaffed and badly organised. Wifi didnt work for the first day.

Review 13：- The price compared to the level of comfort is out of proportion - Rooms are characterless, small and functional - Based on our family set-up (2 adults and 2 children aged 6 & 4), Booking.com had recommended a Double Room with an extra bed (at extra cost). When we arrived at the hotel, this number of occupants was not possible and we were forced to pay for an extra room. The hotel informed us that this happens frequently, so it does need to be addressed.

Review 15：The hotel is apparently animal friendly, which I support and agree on. Yet, the staff need to inform guests with animals to take care of them and not, e.g. leave them alone in the rooms. Some poor animals were kept in the rooms through the whole afternoon, which caused some unecessary noice. Staff at the reception is friendly and they speak some English, however, they are very weak on the knowledge what is recommended to see in the neighbourhood, recommend some good restaurants, etc.
