Review 2：Very nice boutique hotel in a ancient old town hospital featuring a great location, comfortable rooms and generous service (i.e. minibar inclusive).

Review 12：Usually no staff available at Reception Desk, need to summon them by phone. Ensuite bathroom has glass walls (partially frosted) which compromised privacy. There is no lift & floors are creaky...
Review 13：Historic building with a stylish interior design. Complimentary fruits & drinks available in the lobby but the mini-fridge is sometimes locked. There is free internet access & a laptop for guest use.
Review 14：The bed in our room was appallingly poor; very lumpy, hammocky, and unsatisfactory. I understand it was similarly poor in our friend's room. The noise of the nearby train sounded like it was coming through the room during the night. The price of our room was much higher than it should have been and reflects either that the hotel was inflating its prices to take advantage of knowing that there would be several out of town guests to local weddings, or, that by by booking from North America rather than through a European web access, on Booking.com, we overpaid significantly. We were appalled by the poor value and checked the hotel website for the following Saturday and realized we had significantly overpaid for our room this last Saturday. If the bed had been comfortable, parking included, and the location less noisy, the accommodation would be comparable to a well located Ibis hotel, which Ibis offers at half the price.
